Just minutes from the beach and golf course, this inviting home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. The combination of comfort and style ensures a memorable stay, with a screened-in heated pool as a centerpiece for relaxation and fun.

The "Whispering Palm" features a formal dining room ideal for hosting superb family dinners, a spacious living room with a large smart TV for entertainment, and a game room complete with a pool table. The open kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking meals or mixing cocktails for poolside enjoyment.

Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet plus tax. Please inform us if you plan to bring your furry friend.

The "Whispering Palm" has recently been renovated, remodeled, and redecorated. So pristine, you will never want to leave. Bring your family & friends, come for 1 week or months. The pool can be heated for an additional $287 weekly or $200 per week if you are staying multiple weeks. Please let us know if you would like this added to your reservation.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Nestled between Saint Augustine and Daytona Beach, Palm Coast provides the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern convenience for residents and visitors alike.

Car is recommended, there is no public transportation

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.
- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.
- Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
