Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Delight in the vibrant local dining scenes or try your luck at nearby casinos, all just a short drive away. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. A short drive leads you to vibrant dining options and the serene allure of nearby casinos.



With bicycles available for rent, venture through the scenic surroundings and discover the area's hidden gems. Bicycles available for rent invite explorations of the local landscape.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
