Hallo! Dit prachtige zwembadhuis voor maandelijkse verhuur ligt vlak bij de 5e hole van de Shadow Mountain golfbaan met een onbelemmerd uitzicht van 300 meter naar het noorden naar El Paseo en de bergen daarachter.

Er zijn andere opties in de buurt van El Paseo, maar alleen deze designer residentie biedt zo'n adembenemend uitzicht vanuit de suites met drie slaapkamers, elk met hun eigen complete badkamer en meubilair van de hoogste kwaliteit + voorzieningen beschikbaar.

In het noorden en oosten heeft dit ontspannende vakantieverblijf een spectaculair uitzicht op de bergen buiten onze historische golfbaan en in de zuidwestelijke en westelijke naburige huizen bevinden zich op dramatische vintage landgoederen van een halve hectare.

Ideaal gelegen minuten ten zuiden van El Paseo - de Rodeo Drive van het grotere Palm Springs-gebied. Deze privéwoning is ook gunstig gelegen nabij het hart van Palm Desert's populairste restaurants en winkels, evenals Whole Foods & Trader Joe's.

Bij binnenkomst heb je een ruime open keuken / eetkamer / woonkamer plattegrond met een master suite aan de linkerkant met twee extra suites aan de rechterkant, samen met een bonuskantoor. Deze 2050sf woning beschikt ook over nieuwe midden van de eeuw woon-en eetkamer meubels gemaakt van massief walnoot en marmer, samen met slaapkamer meubilair en decor door Palm Springs ontwerper Christopher Kennedy.

De ruime hoofdvleugel biedt directe toegang tot het overdekte achterterras, het ongerepte zwembad en de prachtige achtertuin, samen met een grote badkamer met dubbele wastafels en inloopdouche, terwijl beide slaapkamers aan de andere kant van het verblijf over een eigen badkamer beschikken. Alle bedden zijn een koning of een koningin met ongelooflijk comfortabele gloednieuwe matrassen en de designkeuken is voorzien van vikingapparatuur en bestek van topkwaliteit, koken, serveren en glaswerk met een 12 "breed aanrecht naar de woonkamer met een nieuwe Vizio 65 "Smart TV & bluetooth Bose-luidsprekersysteem.

Voor activiteiten, geniet van betaalbare spelen op de Shadow Mountain Golf Club, een cursus ontworpen door de legendarische golfer Gene Sarazen. Het was de eerste golfbaan in Palm Desert en is nu een historisch monument of beschouw een paar minuten rijden naar de wereldberoemde Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, profiteer van een van de beste wandelingen in de omgeving, geniet van El Paseo Drive op slechts enkele minuten, verken nabijgelegen Palm Springs, of ga gewoon terug in de tijd om te ontspannen in deze volledig ingerichte woning.

The location of the home was perfect as it was close to major shopping areas and restaurants. The house was clean and spacious. Ken, the host was very easy to work with. We left a small item behind and Ken even sent it back to us without issues. If you are in the Palm Desert area and need a house, give this one a try. Wonderful Palm Desert Home

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property very much. Ken, the owner, welcomed us in person and gave us a quick tour of the house. He also let us know that we can always reach out to him with questions. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has everything for a longer stay. A full chef’s kitchen with every kind of coffee maker, wonderful decor and furniture, and stereo/TV in the living room. The fitness room includes yoga mats, free weights and a stationary bike if you want to do a quick work out. There is also a gas grill outdoors and lounge chairs to relax by the pool.The location is only a mile from El Paseo, the shopping and restaurant district, and grocery stores are easy to reach by car. We walked the neighborhood a lot and it is very safe. All in all we can highly recommend this property and Ken is easy to communicate with.

Fabulous property!

We had a wonderful one month stay at this beautiful home! The views of the golf course and surrounding mountains are incredible. Perfect spot in Palm Desert

My adult family spent a month here and were thrilled with our choice. The location is perfect ! We walked to El Paseo multiple times a day and were within a 5 min drive to amazing hikes, great shopping and fabulous restaurants . Wonderful winter getaway!

First off Ken is a delight to deal with. He greeted us upon arrival and responds almost instantly to all communications. He had the home decorated for the holidays and provided a wonderful welcome package for us (and our miniature schnauzer) The home is actually nicer than pictured and backs onto the golf course. Neighbours were very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

More than we had expected!

This home is easily among the very most thoughtfully appointed and meticulously kept vacation homes we have come across. The home was much larger than we expected, and the views were outstanding. We appreciated the excellent exposure, with all day sun and shade both. The kitchen was highly functional and had every size and type of pan, utensil, glassware and plate. The beds were extremely comfortable and the owner thoughtfully included a variety of pillow types to choose from. The home was near enough to El Paseo that we walked several times to dine or shop , enjoying the cute neighborhood streets as we went. Communication with the owner was incredibly easy, and we found them so very responsive and generous. What an ideal desert home away from home!

Beautiful modern home in quiet location on the golf course

We stayed at this property in October 2022 and cannot say how lovely this home is. It has the mid century modern look with an amazing kitchen that has all the essentials for an extended stay. Lots of comfortable seating at the island and the dining table and there is even a desk area with a screen and printer if you need to keep up with work. Each of the three bedrooms has a full bathroom with comfortable beds, great bedding and showers with plenty of room. The pool is perfect and quite private even being on the golf course. Lots of pool toys and beach towels. The location is perfect just minutes away from El Paseo in Palm Dessert. We would love to come back!

Amazing Home

The home itself was amazing and immaculate. The pool was warm, as expected, and the local area had a lot to offer despite the high temps. Several fabulous happy hours (must check out Eddie V’s). The downsides are mostly our oversight as well as the amount of intrusions during our stay. The pool guy cannot service the pool without coming through the home. He comes twice a week between 10:15 am - 12:00. With a dog that goes crazy every time the doorbell rings this was quite annoying. It felt a lot like waiting for cable hook-up and ate into our day in anticipation of his arrival, which varied. There is also a pool sweeper in the pool that can’t be removed that we finally asked him to change the hours of operation so we could be in the pool without feeling like we were being chased. Mild annoyance. There was an issue with the oven during our stay that the homeowner took care of immediately. He is very easy to communicate with and very nice. The garage is not for car storage. We have a fairly small model SUV and shutting the door with the car inside was problematic. The biggest complaint we had were the AC restrictions that preferred the setting at 78 degrees. It would go to 76, but it would work it’s way back to 78 throughout the day. For an older home, with older home issues, this temp is not consistent throughout the home. The common area was fine with fans. The bedroom was rarely below 79 degrees and often above 80. Making sleeping uncomfortable. We did finally ask for permission to turn it down (we hadn’t initially because we did read the fine print on the ad and realized this was our oversight). It’s clearly remarked on in the ad. It did help. However, again it always found its way back to 78. If we were gone to happy hour or outside the temp would raise. It took hours to cool it down. We live in Southern Utah and are used to high temps. We keep our home fairly cool and as a result pay a higher utility bill in the summer. 77-78 is reserved for when we are out of town and not acceptable for when we are. I don’t like being comfort restricted and would opt to pay a higher monthly amount for the privilege to choose. Overall, great place, great mid century modern look, great location and great host. It was very pet friendly.

Perfect Gem in Palm Desert!

My daughters, husband and I had a wonderful stay here this summer. Ken was so amazing and communicated with me right from the time of booking. This place had everything we needed to for the 10 days we stayed and there were so many little touches that made our stay so memorable. We all spent many days in the pool or lounging by the pool which was very nice and clean. We were very close to shops and restaurants as well as the Living Desert Zoo. Beautiful Desert Abode

My Mother and I spent nearly a month at this beautiful place and felt so perfectly at home there. In fact, we enjoyed the best of both worlds: the comforts and luxuries of an amazingly well-appointed home (the host thought of everything imaginable, making it an even more memorable, easy and enjoyable experience) and the excitement of being away from home in a beautiful desert environment in such class, comfort and convenience. Perfect in every way

We got lucky with an opening at this property for a mid-winter break from Seattle. This home is extremely well-appointed and brilliantly prepared for guests. So many amenities. And our host Ken was responsive and helpful with any questions pre-trip and during our stay. Our only hitch was trying to watch TV—too confusing with apps! But we managed to find the NFL games in time! The area is a great neighborhood—a bit noisy with cars going by but we quickly got used to it. We had a great stay and would stay again! Thank you Ken for your hospitality.

Would definitely recommend this property

We had never stayed this long at a VRBO property but there were no worries because Ken had everything we would need. This property is located near all of the activities we had planned, and Ken even texted a few times to assure we were enjoying our stay.

Great Christmas Getaway

We spent Christmas at this gorgeous house. The house was very clean and the owner Ken even decorated the house for Christmas. Ken went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was in great shape and as advertised. Pool was very clean and we enjoyed going in it. Ken gave us good information about things of interest in the area and some good places to eat.
