The primary suite features a comfortable king bed, quality linens, and stunning morning views overlooking the golf course, lake, and surrounding mountains. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and easy access to a full bathroom, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.



The fully remodeled kitchen is designed for everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet meals, featuring premium appliances, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker with complimentary starter coffee, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need during your stay.



Step outside to your private southwest-facing patio, complete with a built-in BBQ island and comfortable outdoor seating. Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.



Community pool/spa within 80 yards. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.



CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only. Nestled within the exclusive Palm Valley, the Green Retreat affords limited pay-per-use access to elite club amenities. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Located within the gated community of Palm Valley Country Club, this home offers a peaceful desert setting in the heart of Palm Desert. Just minutes from El Paseo's renowned shopping and dining, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Acrisure Arena, world-class golf courses, hiking trails, casinos, and seasonal events like BNP Paribas Open, Coachella, and Stagecoach, you'll be perfectly situated to experience the best of the Coachella Valley. After a day of exploring, return home to enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds and resort-style atmosphere.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, hiking trails, and Palm Desert's top attractions are all within a short drive. Uber and Lyft are also readily available, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about parking.



Other Things to Note:

PROPERTY SUBJECT TO TRAIN NOISE. While the soothing sound of nearby trains may occasionally echo, the serene beauty and convenience of this location far outweigh such interruptions.



Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
