Welkom bij uw prachtige Palm Desert uitje!

Onze prachtig gerenoveerd, nieuw ingerichte, twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers woestijn retraite is slechts een steenworp afstand van de 8e fairway van Monterey Country Club. Zodra u stap op de weelderige tuin loopbrug ingang, zult u beseffen dat dit is niet uw typische witgekalkte woestijn unit. Het middelpunt van de 1341 vierkante voet pand is een uniek amber stenen fontein, gelegen in onze regenwoud-achtige atrium. De luxe woonkamer heeft een flat screen TV, compleet met kabel, HBO / Showtime, een blu ray-speler en een bibliotheek van dvd's. Een gegoten steen gashaard houdt je warm op die koude winternachten (ja, het wordt koud in de woestijn) te houden.

De comfortabel ingerichte slaapkamer is voorzien van een California kingsize bed, terwijl de kapitein bad bevat een fraai betegelde verhoogde badkuip, badend in het licht van de overhead dakraam. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee extra lange eenpersoonsbedden voor eenvoudige gastenverblijven en wordt geleverd met een ingebouwde bureau en entertainment unit. Het tweede bad heeft een vernieuwde inloopdouche en wordt ook verlicht door overhead dakramen. Er is kroon vormen overal, samen met een ingebouwde geluidssysteem dat onafhankelijk aanpast van kamer naar kamer - zelfs de patio - via uw smartphone, tablet of computer. Aanplantingsblinden scherm de ramen op het westen de hele unit.

De lichte en luchtige keuken is bijgewerkt met een Fridgidaire koelkast, gasfornuis, oven, vaatwasser en alle nieuwe kleine apparaten en accessoires. De patio heeft een Weber barbecue voor barbecues en kijkt uit op de West Course, met een adembenemend uitzicht op de Santa Rosa en San Jacinto Mountains zuidwesten. Er zijn 36 gemeenschappelijke zwembaden, waarvan er twee zijn ongeveer 50 yards van de flat.

Het middelpunt van deze woning is het atrium fontein, toetsbaar door de Franse deuren in de woonkamer en slaapkamer. Dag of nacht, de rustige geluid van stromend water vult de lucht en zorgt voor een ontspannen wellness-achtige sfeer. Het atrium deuren kunnen op elk gewenst moment open blijven zonder angst voor fouten als gevolg van de een beschermend scherm langs de daklijn. Het voegt echt een magische touch aan deze spectaculaire woning.

We had everything we needed in this spacious comfortable home on the golf course with pools very close. Diane, the owner is a great host. Great communication, very responsive and the house was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The location was very convenient. We loved the view of the mountains and the amazing sunsets. Clean, quiet and comfortable

A wonderful place for a 10 day get away in Palm Desert. The location is quite central to discover all of the gems the Palm Springs area has to offer. The accommodations area very well laid out with a large master/king bed and two twins in the second bedroom. Two bathroom bonus. Cozy living area to unwind at the end of the day area and only steps to the patio for golfer and hummingbird watching. A choice between two nearby pool areas made this place perfect for all kinds of water activities.

Cozy and comfortable

This home was perfect for our stay in Palm Springs. The location was central to most everything , restaurants, grocery store etc. The home itself has a unique layout which we really enjoyed. It was well stocked with everything you would need . Beautiful patio overlooking the golf course however we chose a time when the temperatures were too high to enjoy the outside. The furniture was very comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable and It felt like we were in a home, not a rental. The homeowners were very kind and accommodated us with an earlier check in and they were available for any questions and answered promptly. The only complaint we had was the hallway and master bedroom was quite dark but honestly, it would not deter us from booking here again. Thank you Diane for hosting us in your beautiful home

Serenity in the desert

The property lived up to its expectations. Very quiet surrounding, pools to enjoy, perfect for bike riding and conveniently located. Kitchen was well stocked, the courtyard fountain was a plus and communication with the owner was easy. Pleasant to watch the golfers go by and sit in patio to enjoy the outdoors. Truly enjoyed my stay.

Great stay in Palm Desert

My husband and I spent about 4 weeks at this very comfortable condo in Monterey Country Club. The condo was well equipped and nicely furnished. It truly felt like home! We enjoyed the little fountain and gas fireplace too! The views from the patio are outstanding and we loved the sunshine that arrived on the patio late morning and stayed all afternoon. Also appreciated the combination lock on the front door: very convenient! Our stay went very smoothly and communication with Diane was excellent.

Nice Desert Getaway

This place really worked well for me, and I could have shared it with another couple of people. It's a nice quiet place on the golf course of your typical gated Palm Desert community. It might be a little bit of a knock to say it was like visiting grandma's condo, but that's what if felt like. The furnishings were classy not modern. But who really cares. You're there for a few days or a week. It had a nice garage to park the car at night, and the owners were great. They communicated to make sure I was going to find the place and get in, and they texted about putting out the garbage. In other words, just the right amount. I'd stay here again, and recommend it for 1-3 people who are going to spend most of their days out doing something fun.

Thanksgiving Golf

Enjoyed our stay. Home was comfortable and adequately equipped with small appliances and paper products. Having a garage made our stay more enjoyable since we didn't have to unload golf equipment everyday. Only issue was we felt like allot of water was being wasted getting hot water to the kitchen.

Better Than Advertised

Great property in a beautiful community. My brother and I thoroughly enjoyed the view from the patio. I loved looking at the mountains in the morning and my brother loved viewing the stars every evening. The property is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Fantastic stay and location

We loved our stay at Diane’s lil oasis at the oasis!! Very clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the bubbler in the atrium at night putting us to sleep within minutes in the comfy bed! Be careful however , i ran into the bed post like 4 times getting in bed, so dark cant see it ! Arg well worth the small bruise. Thanks Diane. Hope to stay here again in future

Location is great as it is close to stores & restaurants. Super friendly community! Diane & her husband were very easy to get ahold of when we needed something. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect accommodations!

The home was located on the golf course with great views and close to the swimming pool. It offered every amenity! I was there for a pickleball camp at the Country Club and enjoyed my whole visit. A couple of girlfriends joined me for a few days!

Desert Bliss

We loved this unit. West facing patio had sun by 10 am to warm up. The atrium was beautiful and we opened the doors on warm days. The fireplace was a comfort on cool mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of supplies for the bathrooms and laundry. To top it off the weather was grand with only a few rainy days. We would definitely stay here again.
