There`s plenty of outdoor seating, both poolside and in the shade. Inside the home, your guests can enjoy board games in front of the sleek multicolor electric fireplace. Central air conditioning, light walls, and all tile-style flooring ensures that the desert heat stays outside.

The full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, as well as a breakfast bar, slab granite countertops, and two separate beverage fridges to keep all the good stuff cold.

Both bedrooms are comfortably outfitted for a restful night's sleep after playing out in the sun all day. The primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart tv, can lights, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, smart tv, and has access to the hallway bathroom. Each bathroom features a uniquely tiled standalone shower.

Inside the den you'll find a large smart flatscreen television, and an oversized futon couch that can sleep an additional two guests, or the perfect spot for the little ones to crash.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
