Fantastische woestijn thuis met geweldig zwembad

Welkom in ons serene, charmante en zeer privé huis in Palm Springs. Dit woestijnenhuis biedt alle comfort en voorzieningen die u zoekt: een weelderig terrein met verschillende rustige zithoeken, een gastronomische keuken van de chef-kok met wijnkoelkast, gashaarden, grote master slaapkamers, gewelfde plafonds, inloopkast en dubbele wastafels in de kapitein suite met openslaande deuren die leiden naar een prachtig terras in de woonkamer en een Indonesisch bed met uitzicht op het zwembad.

Het huis is gebouwd door een aannemer van het zwembad en het is de parel van het pand. Het is verdeeld in drie delen: een spa, dan een waadruimte waar je kunt zitten en drinken, en dan onder de brug door kunt zwemmen naar het hoofdgedeelte van het zwembad. De entertainende omgeving in de buitenlucht is voorzien van een op maat gemaakt zoutwaterbad van Pebble Tec, een spa en een buitenbarbecue. Er is ook een oprijlaan met poorten en een garage voor 2 wagens, volledig omgeven door volwassen hoge hagen en fonteinen. Dicht bij winkels, restaurants, een fitnessruimte en Downtown Palm Springs.

Zwembadverwarming (seizoensgebonden) inbegrepen! Kleine honden onder de 15 kilo zijn toegestaan in dit huis.

Stunning and Relaxing

This property fit all our needs and we were a group made up of adults down to our 10 month old. The property was so well thought out and made our stay convenient and relaxing. The pool was such a hit with all of us. Close proximity to stores and grocery for easy errands. We would stay here again hands down.

Private Desert Hideaway

Spent a weekend relaxing at this gorgeous home. The pool is private and surrounded by trees. The day bed was my favorite spot! I had a great experience with the Host. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Palm Springs.

Pool is Great - Rest of Property In Need of Upkeep

First, the pool/spa is the best part about this property and was certainly the highlight of our stay. It's a little smaller than I imagined from pictures but still large enough to enjoy. And it was by far the most enjoyable part of the property. The rest of the house really needs some maintenance, deep cleaning, and refreshing. A few things we experienced: the window in the primary bedroom cannot close all the way, the bathtub in the room with two beds didn't drain (and clearly had past issues as it was pried open with a spoon when we arrived), the same bathroom had the toilet running non-stop and has a door that is unable to close properly. There is a broken tile in the primary bathroom, there were broken electrical outlets, and lots of wires hanging out of TVs. The entire place needs a deep cleaning and the dishes all felt dirty. Overall, we enjoyed being outside but didn't feel at home or able to relax and enjoy inside. Some upkeep and maintenance is needed on this property. We only stayed two nights, but if it had been more, we certainly would have been working with the manager to find alternative arrangements.

Desert Home Hideaway

The pool area was fantastic for swimming and just hanging out. we loved the patio with the comfy furniture. There were some repairs that should be made - the plumbing was not 100% in working condition. There were several airplanes overhead each day which wasn't a big deal. it was kinda fun watching them overhead. The King bedroom suite was large and the bed in this room was SOO comfortable. we slept better than we had in years.

Spectacular Experience !

The esthetic of the home was what drew us to it and we enjoyed it immensely. Amazing pool and outdoor space

We enjoyed a week here, and I think we spent a majority of our time in the pool and spa! Yvette was very responsive and we felt extremely well taken care of. Thank you! For those that might be sensitive to sounds, be aware that the home has a few flights that go directly overhead. (Our kids got a kick out of guessing where the planes might be going!) We found the location to be really convenient to downtown Palm Springs, or an easy jump to the highway. Loved the outdoor couch and seating area with the cover. We all slept great with comfortable beds and plenty of space for all. We would love to stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay, property was in good shape when we arrived. Good indoor space, great outdoor area with fun pool vibes. Palm Springs Getaway

This property served the needs of our group well. We were two families each with two adults and one teen. We had plenty of space and each family never felt like we were interfering with each other. The backyard is great, very relaxing and tranquil. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage. We did not use the pool however we did take advantage of the hot tub. Very relaxing and needed after a day of golf. Property location worked well for us, it is only about a 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs where we shopped and dined. Plenty of neat shops and great restaurants only minutes away from this property. Yvette was an amazing hostess. She contacted us prior to our stay to ask about our favorite beverages. She stocked the fridge with both teen friendly beverages as well as adult beverages for our enjoyment. She also provided us with great dining recommendations. Additionally, she checked in with us during our stay to see if there was anything else she could do for us to make the stay better. Great touch Yvette, thank you!

Terrific Family Winter Vacation

As someone who scrutinizes photos and reviews, I am writing this to assist families interested in this property. *This is the best vrbo property we have experienced and really made our vacation wonderful. *Yvette responds to communication immediately and checked in with us daily to assure that we were having a great stay. *Home is spotlessly clean and well appointed with all necessities for a family. Unpack your clothes, and the house is ready to go. *Beds and bedding were remarkably comfortable as was the sectional couch in the family room. *Two bedrooms are en-suite; the one with two beds had a bathtub which is great with little kids. We liked that the third full bathroom was in the hall, so it could be used without awakening anyone. *The pool was amazing... with shallow and deep ends to accommodate any age and desire to jump in, and it is large enough for everyone to use at the same time. Night-swimming was especially fun with the lights. Paying to heat the pool during a winter stay is well worth it because we could use the pool throughout the stay. *Yard has grapefruit and lemon trees - yum :) *Downtown PS is less than 10 minutes away; grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks are a 2 minute drive. There is so much to do within a short drive. *Home feels very private and very safe.

Location, weather, owner- all wonderful

My husband and I enjoyed a week at this property in November. We enjoyed the house and pool and appreciated the helpful communications with the owner. While there were several small issues with the house, the owner was very responsive and tried to accommodate us. One thing that we did not realize when renting, is that the house is located under a flight path from the airport. If you are sensitive to noise, this could be an issue. The back yard was very private and felt like a wonderful oasis. There were a few areas in the yard that needed some attention, but overall it was lovely. We especially enjoyed the covered patio, which was both comfortable and especially attractive after dark. The hot tub was terrific and the pool quite nice, except, we had difficulty accessing the deep end - as there wasn't a ladder or steps. It appears that one would either jump in the deep end or swim under the bridge to get in and out of the third part of the pool. Not wanting to swim under the bridge (ok, so I didn't want to get my hair wet every time I went in the pool) it was tricky getting in and out of the deep end. Having both knee and ankle issues didn't help me. I suspect my adult children would have been fine.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed staying at this property for 9 days. Yvette was an amazing host and even surprised us with an Anniversary gift. The pool and spa are amazing. If you have little ones there is a shallow area. The was a rod that needs to be fixed on the pool under the bridge but it was covered and we had no issues. We enjoyed our time!

Beautiful Palm Springs Retreat

This beautiful Palm Springs gem was perfect for our summer vacation. The first things that caught our attention when booking this property were the pool and hot tub which did not disappoint. We spent several hours each day enjoying both. The kitchen was the perfect size with all the amenities needed to cook delicious meals, the rooms where all very clean and spacious, and the AC worked perfectly. The owner Yvette was a pleasure to work with, she was friendly, attentive, great at communicating and overall a great host. I cannot say enough good things about Yvette and this vacation home!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property in Palm Springs. The house was clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool were relaxing and enjoyable. Amazing Palm Springs Hideaway

I don't usually write reviews but this house and host deserved one, so here we go. The house was great- large bedrooms, plenty of spaces to lounge inside and the outside was very nicely made up for lounging in the shade or the sun. It is beautifully decorated from Yvette's part trips around the world. We went during a windy time in the desert so things did flap around a bit but the high hedges provided privacy and protection from the wind when you are in the pool or the hottub. The pool was great with a real deep end for kids to dive for things and a bridge to swim under. Location is close to the main drag in Palm Springs for shopping and restaurants but also relatively close to the highway if you want to go to Joshua Tree or down the road to play golf in Palm Desert or La Quinta. Yvette was an amazing host- she provided a bottle of wine and some nibbles and more importantly she was extremely available for any issues. She was there before we arrived overseeing that the house was set up perfectly. She clearly cares about her tenants, and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great one. Relaxing birthday getaway.

We decided to go away and with Covid our options were limited. A home rental was absolutely perfect in every way.. Yvette was very easy to communicate with and very nice. We loved the very warm pool and comfortable relaxing home. .. We decided to hire a personal chef and it was out of this world . Thank you again Yvette .

Fantastic property

Acacia Blanca house was a beautiful home with an amazing pool. We spent most of our time in the pool and spa. Yvette was easy to communicate with and took care of heating the pool based on when we were going to use it. The kitchen and BBQ area were perfect for cooking and the beds were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed this place in Palm Springs and would easily rent again!
