  • Volledig gerenoveerd 1953 Mid Century Home

    Dit prachtige luxe moderne huis uit de mid eeuw is gelegen in South Palm Springs in de wijk River Estates in Tahquitz. Het centrum van Downtown is ongeveer. 1 mijl afstand waardoor het uiterst geschikt voor populaire bars, restaurants, winkels, kunstgalerijen, enz. Je zult ook slechts een paar blokken verwijderd zijn van Tahquitz Creek, waar veel inwoners en bezoekers genieten van lange wandelingen langs de kreek. Het huis is ongeveer 1400 s. ft., met 3 slaapkamers (twee met queen size bedden en een die wordt gebruikt als een tv-kamer met een bank en een queen size luchtbed) en 2 badkamers met inloopdouches. Het is volledig gerenoveerd met hoogwaardige designkenmerken en een moderne inrichting en biedt alles wat u nodig heeft tijdens uw verblijf. De achtertuin is prachtig aangelegd, omgeven door hoge privacyhagen en heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen, waardoor het een perfecte plek is om te ontspannen en te genieten van het gloednieuwe zwembad en spa.

    * Een gebruikstoeslag van $ 50 per nacht wordt toegevoegd aan elke reservering voor zwembad / spa-verwarming tijdens de wintermaanden (oktober-mei) en $ 25 voor Excess Utilities tijdens de zomermaanden (jun-sept). Dit kan worden weergegeven als property fee. Informeer over dit tarief voor lange termijn verhuur.

Fabulous House and Location

House was great for our family of 5. Kitchen new and well stocked. Pool and hot tub and outdoor space was perfect. Casita offered comfort and privacy when we needed to work. Interior of house was comfortable snd well appointed. Easy walk to town and restaurants. This was a great place for us- just sad to leave.

Oasis

A tranquil and invigorating oasis for rainy Oregonians. The backyard is so lush, private and welcoming - we almost never left! Spotless and flowing home, very cool, perfect for families - including our 7 month old grandson. Our local host was very responsive and helpful. We will return with pleasure!

Stay for Coachella

This house has everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things we needed for the weekend. The property was very spacious and well spread out. The back house is perfect for separation of guest. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The property is closely located to Downtown Palm Springs with many places and amenities near by. Mike was great, he kept in contact with us for any questions or issues we had. My family had a blast.

Palm Springs Winter Break

We had a great stay for 6 nights. It is clean and backyard has lots of room and we swam in the pool and relaxed at the spa. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood, and super close to downtown, restaurants and shops.

Quiet neighborhood and lovely property.

This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The pool area is very well kept and a nice relaxing place to enjoy. The property is close attractions such as the down town area and close the dry river bed for walking. Highly recommend the property.

Perfect Honeymoon

This house is perfect for two couples or group of friends. It feels like it's ideally set up for 4 people based on the number of seats in the dining and living areas, but you could fit up to 6 if you're cozy. The location is a very short drive (<5 min) to the main strip as well as restaurants and grocery stores. It was exceptionally quiet with no road noise. Beautiful view of the mountains as well.

Perfect vacation

The property was perfect. Very clean, great for a quiet week. The only outdoor noise was landscaping - it was very peaceful yet very close to all the restaurants and activities. Like other reviewers mentioned, the owner is great and very available. The property is exceptionally well stocked for a vacation rental. It had more than what we needed. Can’t wait to visit this property again.

Fantastic week in Palm Springs!

Overall this is a great house. Full amenities as listed. Was worth paying to heat the pool / spa. The kitchen was well equipped. The contact with the house manager / agent was near real time and super helpful/responsive. The neighborhood is fantastic, the proximity to shops and food was also great. The only suggestion was that the air mattress was not great. Consider putting a mattress or day bed in the TV room.

Great Neighborhood and We’ll Stocked

We loved this property and the neighborhood! Great swimming pool with privacy, I’m glad we paid to have it heated this time of year. There was plenty of dishes and kitchen accessories including utensils for the bbq which we didn’t use. We will recommend this property and would love to come back to enjoy the pool and the down time in a relaxing home.

Private and Perfect

Frank’s house was perfect for my husband and I, my daughter and her beau and our two dogs. We ended up spending most of our time outdoors in the beautiful yard, in the pool, spa or one often various sitting areas. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies that Frank generously provided (how often do you stay in a vacation property where there are extras of paper goods, dishwasher pods etc?) Also, prior guests left a number of useful pantry items. The three citrus trees provided us with amazing grapefruit and oranges for yummy drinks that we had to concoct because the fresh fruit tasted amazing. The house was comfortable and well appointed. We had a minor plumbing issue and I texted Walt who had a plumber there within 30 minutes. Walt also made sure that we were well situated upon arrival. The house is a quick walk to the Tahquitz river where we walked both our dogs and ourselves daily. Overall, a great house in a great location that is beautifully appointed and well maintained.

This house was a delight from minute zero to the end. The front door opened - a portal to a zen oasis. I am a no-alarm-clocks type of Palm Springs visitor - which meant waking up pre-dawn to the concert of birds. Hours spent by the pool - reading, relaxing, and falling into that perfect water. I could have not been happier. Dog also approved - her highlight was laying underneath the citrus trees. Every thing you need. Every thing you expect. Every question answered - delightfully. Start to finish - 10's across the board!

A five-star getaway

My first impression of this house from the photos online was that it was first class... and a surprise that the owner of such a lovely home would want to share it with strangers. But on arrival it even exceeded my expectations. It’s contemporary but comfortable, spotless and the kitchen is high quality. First rate! The neighborhood itself is quiet and a central location in Palm Springs. Great for riding bikes, long walks and very close to incredible hikes. We loved the pool during the day and hot spa at night. Our decision to spend our getaway here rather than at a resort was a wonderful choice! Thank you to the owner for sharing. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Do not hesitate to indulge in a stay here and do take advantage of the marvelous kitchen for a meal or two at home!

WOW! Great location...Upscale Mid Century Home

From the very moment we stepped through the front door of this home, we knew we were in for an exceptional experience! The entire property is nothing short of spectacular! the owner has done such a great job turning this house into a wonderful home and I am so happy he decided to share it with others! The backyard is surrounded by large shrubs giving you complete privacy, the pool and spa are brand new, there are several fruit trees and other desert landscape that complete this oasis. You will also find outdoor seating for 6 under shaded fabric sails, several chaise lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool and a new BBQ grill. The amazing view of the mountains from the backyard reminded me of a backdrop they would use in a movie! The inside of the house is just as fabulous, it is decorated in mid-century style, with beautiful artwork, plenty of seating, (I particularly loved) the separate TV room that can also be used as a 3rd bedroom with an inflatable mattress, an beautiful well-stocked kitchen that we really enjoyed preparing our dinners in, extremely comfortable bedrooms with TV's and bathrooms complete with all of the necessities. The center of Downtown is an easy 1-mile walk (or short drive,) and Palm Canyon Drive/111, the main (non-highway) artery that links Palm Springs and the surrounding communities, is easily accessible. The local property manager was very quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful both during the initial rental process and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit! A+A+A+A+

I have been to Palm Springs many times and always stayed in a hotel. Never again. The house was beautiful, stylishly furnished(but totally comfortable), great yard and a much larger than expected pool and jacuzzi. Everything about it was easy plus a great location.
