The Space: Our 1627-square-foot, single-level Cottonwood model boasts an elevated patio that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lush golf course. It's the perfect spot for al fresco BBQs with family and friends. The patio is equipped with a built in, natural gas BBQ, seating for 6, and a firepit seating area for stargazing. A telescope is also available for those who want to explore the night sky. Enjoy complimentary beach cruisers for a leisurely ride around the country club and take our pool floats for a dip in the sparkling, heated pool and jacuzzi just moments away. Plus, you'll have access to our golf cart for easy transportation to any of the 45 pools in the resort.

Living Room: The light-filled living room features vaulted ceilings and expansive sliding doors that frame the picturesque vista. Brand-new furniture, including a sofa, love seat, and two swivel barrel chairs, await you. Entertainment options include a 55-inch Smart TV with premium channels and a DVD player. An extensive collection of DVDs and board games ensure hours of fun. Music enthusiasts can groove to their favorite tunes on our record player and receiver, stocked with a diverse selection of albums. If you prefer your playlist, you can connect your iPhone to the receiver. There's also a dedicated cocktail niche for mixing up your favorite beverages—truly a space designed for hosting memorable gatherings!

Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen boasts gleaming stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and stylish white cabinetry. It's well-equipped for cooking and entertaining, with a Keurig, French press, pour-over, and automatic drip coffee maker. A starter pack of coffee and sweeteners is provided. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, where a modern glass table comfortably seats six under elegant lighting. Savor your meals while taking in the breathtaking view.

Primary Bedroom and Bathroom: The primary bedroom welcomes you with a sumptuous king-size bed and a 43-inch Smart TV with premium channels. The ensuite primary bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower. Step outside to your private patio and relish your morning coffee on the swivel rockers.
Bedroom 2/Guest Bathroom: Guests in the second bedroom will enjoy a queen-size bed, a 32-inch TV, and an ensuite hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: Perfect for either kids or adults, this room features two extra-long twin bunk beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this room also includes a 32-inch TV with a DVD player.

Additional amenities include a dedicated laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry supplies, complimentary high-speed wireless internet, and a spacious 2-car garage for your convenience. Our home rests on a peaceful cul-de-sac, with three pools just a short stroll away. These pools are heated from October to May, with temperatures set at 84°F, and the spas at a soothing 102°F. We provide plenty of plush towels and separate beach towels for your poolside relaxation.

Palm Valley Country Club: This renowned private resort community offers an array of amenities, including two 18-hole Ted Robinson golf courses, a Jr. Olympic-size lap pool with a jacuzzi and cabana area, an athletic club with a full schedule of classes, 16 tennis courts with a pro shop, pickleball courts, clubhouse dining with a bar lounge, a poolside cafe, a day spa, and a beauty salon. As our guest, you'll have access to select club facilities, such as the Jr. Olympic-size lap pool, jacuzzi, cabana area, day spa, hair salon, and full social and clubhouse privileges. Numerous exceptional golf courses with public access are also nearby, and you'll have access to 46 community swimming pools and jacuzzis. We do not have a golf or tennis membership so you will not be allowed to use those amenities.

• Pets are welcome for an additional $150 fee and must be leashed when outdoors.
• Renters must be 25 years or older.
• A valid driver's license is required for using the golf cart.
• City Ordinance restrictions: Quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am, a maximum of 6 guests (2 per bedroom), and no more than three cars parked at the property.
