Pool and spa heating is optional and is not included in the nightly rental rate.

Please request heating in advance so arrangements can be made for your stay.

AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT

The home features multiple central air conditioning units throughout the property, providing cooling for the different living areas and bedrooms.

Ecobee smart thermostats allow guests to conveniently adjust the temperature during their stay.

Our HVAC team remotely monitors the home's cooling systems to help maintain comfort and ensure the equipment operates safely and efficiently in the desert climate.

Thermostat settings are maintained within ranges recommended by local HVAC professionals to support system performance and reliability, particularly during periods of extreme summer heat.

Please keep exterior doors, the garage, and sun-facing window shades closed during the hottest parts of the day.

If you need assistance adjusting the temperature, our property management team is happy to help.

## PET FRIENDLY

Pets are welcome with prior approval.

A **$500 non-refundable pet fee applies per approved pet**.

Please request approval before arrival so we can confirm that your pet is permitted.

Only approved pets may stay at the property.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the home and its living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, private backyard, pool, spa, and outdoor amenities.

The garage owner-storage area and designated locked storage areas are not accessible to guests.

Pool service and landscaping are provided during your stay to maintain the property.

PALM SPRINGS VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

This property operates under the City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations.

To complete registration before arrival, guests must provide:

- A copy of the primary renter's photo ID
- A signed rental agreement
- A signed rules acknowledgment

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be the first person to check in.

Only registered guests may stay at the property. Subletting is not permitted.

**Quiet hours are 10 PM–10 AM.** Music and noise must remain inaudible outside the property in accordance with Palm Springs regulations.

The property is intended for relaxing vacations and registered overnight guests, not parties or events.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & SAFETY

Regular property service helps keep the home and outdoor areas comfortable and maintained.

- Pool service: Tuesdays and Fridays, early morning
- Landscaping: Thursdays

Fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen, primary bedroom, and BBQ area.

This is a non-smoking property.

Due to the high desert fire risk, fireworks, open flames, and tiki torches are prohibited.

Please turn off the BBQ and operational fireplaces when not in use.

The den fireplace is currently non-operational. The two other fireplaces are available for guest use.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Exterior security cameras are installed for property protection.

Camera locations include the driveway, front door/doorbell, exterior deck areas, pool exterior wall, backyard hillside, and HVAC equipment area.

There are no interior monitoring cameras.
