Too many things occurred during this stay and the property management didn’t do much to help resolve things. Beds were full of dog hair, and I mean full, pool was not heated and no one was available to come and start it (this is the main reason this property was booked), the backyard was absolutely flooded with 2-3 inches of rain water, the backsliding door was extremely difficult to close, and the front door code stopped working during our stay. All of these issues were never addressed in real time. It was always an apology and would state they would let the cleaner know, pool guy unavailable, or they will take a look days later. Terrible experience. Also, the pictures of the outside look nothing of how the property looks now.

Overall stay was good. Our arrival process was great. The first night we noticed the air conditioner condenser was leaking water and it was all over the floor and the entry carpet. Then the next day for breakfast we were using the toast and the electric kettle and the power in the kitchen went off and all the lights were off too. We could not open the circuit breaker box and I informed the property manager via email. The other issue was that the air conditioner is so loud and is not stopping any time and is going on all the time being loud and was very difficult to sleep. At times the air conditioner was not cooling and the house was so hot. Overall we were a big group and we saw so many issues and the wet floors that we had to be careful no to slip. Unfortunately, the app is not letting me add the photos of the wet floor so I'm not able to add them. The best part of the stay was the pool which was nice bcz the weather was hot and the poop was so great.

Golf Vacation

I booked this house for 8 guys on an out of town golf vacation. The inside of the house was clean and well appointed. The outside of the house is defiantly a little rough. The pictures online defiantly make it look a little nicer. We went to use one of the BBQ's and the tank was completely empty so we went and got another one. The BBQ's themselves are pretty much garbage. Other than those little things we had a great week of golf.

Nice place. Reasonable rate

Overall we had a good stay. The property is spacious and very comfortable, in a nice and quiet cul de sac. And there’s a wilderness area right behind the property, where we saw several coyotes strolling by. But the pictures of the outdoors area do not reflect the actual condition of the area. There are no live palm trees at all. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Landscaping needs to be updated, pictures showed it to be much more tropical (palm trees were dead or gone). Other than that it was absolutely great for the 10 of us. Nice pool, Lots of rooms with comfortable beds, nice linens and all the amenities we could ask for. Thank you for making it easy for us to book and get entry. Loved it!

All bad reviews are true 100%!

Not well kept at all. Could be a nice home if the host cared. Pictures of property are a lie. Doesn’t look the same. Outside was horrible and that’s where we would have like to have spent most of our time but the first two days we sat around and waiting for the handyman, waited for the pool guy, waited for the maintenance guy. Total lack of management and hospitality! Old pots and pans and the refrigerator was disgusting! AC wasn’t working well, it was 90 degrees the first night inside the house. VRBO doesn’t check on bad reviews at all! They also could care less, once they have your money, you’re stuck! CEO and customer relations never got back to us but I’ll be filing a formal complaint with VRBO. NO POOL LIGHT!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW AND THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY WAS COMPROMISED! And VRBO still did nothing! Pool light was repaired on the 3rd night but on our vacation time! Any bad reviews do not rent the property!! RENTERS BEWARE!!!! VRBO DOESN’T CARE!!!

The Property was NOT as advertised!!! We went for a 80th birthday celebration. The layout of the house was strange. Rooms/additions were added at weird places. One room had french doors to the game room and to another room with a sauna in it. The furniture in the living room was hard as a rock. The pool deck was cracked and in disrepair. The landscaping around the pool needed work. You had to wait at least 15 minutes for the water to heat up in the showers and then it was scalding hot. The furniture in the bedrooms is cheap and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not consistent. This is not a great house to hang out as a family.

Beautiful home with noise restrictions

We enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful, large home. Plenty of space for us 3 families. The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room. House was clean with plenty of towels, shampoo and kitchen appliances. There was no ping pong table but otherwise home was as advertised. We had a problem with the air conditioner when we arrived but it was quickly resolved. Communication with the owner is easy and responds quickly. Beware of the noise restrictions. Since we had a large number of kids we were careful to mostly stay indoors and took them to a nearby park to run around and make noise.

We come to palm springs at least 3 times a summer, and this by far was the worst experience ever. The home was unclean when we arrived, the pool was not maintained. All the paving around the pool was cracking and there were sharp shards around the pool. There were ants in every corner of the home, windows and drapes were gross. The tub in the main bathroom didnt drain. The pool filter was broken. The front door was broken and could not be locked from the outside, so we had to leave the back door open for a repairman to fix the lock, but he never arrived. I had family from NY flyout for a reunion, what a disaster. On top of everything, the house was nothing like the photos. The entire home is in bad shape, walls cracking, flooring is dirty, footprints on the walls. Not a healthy environment for kids. Plus, the house was infested with flies when we arrived and the front door was open.

We absolutely loved this property! I stayed here with 9 other people. The property had more than enough space for all of us and was extremely clean. I appreciated that there were plenty of bath towels, pool towels and extra toilet paper, which is not always the case at places I’ve stayed in the past. The pool was great and the backyard set up is gorgeous. Overall would definitely stay here again!

The actual condition of the property was not an accurate match for the posted photos. Specifically: The Pool was dirty with leaves and dirt at the bottom; The outside fountain was not working, had no foliage and was in a state of neglect; The ping pong tables were old, with unusable surfaces nets and paddles; The air hockey was worn and needed to be replaced; The single bed rooms smelled of dust and urine; There were bed bugs in the bunk beds; The BBQ elements were worn and not in good working condition;

Plenty of space and close to town/airport

Traveled with family to stay at this location and there was plenty of space for 9 adults. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and takes 10-15 minutes to get to downtown PS. Another benefit is the close proximity to the airport and a grocery store. Only issue we encountered was a cold pool for our first day, however, Shevy and team quickly responded and the issue was resolved.

Lovely home, plenty of space!

We stayed at this property with two other families for my husband's birthday, 6 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone, the kids loved the game room, and we even got in the pool (even though it was the middle of December and quite chilly). Would definitely stay here again.

The home is fine. A lot of space for a big family. There was a total of 4 adults and 5 children. The children loved the pool (and so did the adults) which was the main reason for booking this home. The pictures are a bit deceiving. The game room is very small, the fountain by the pool does not work and the area outside by the barbecue is messy. Communication started off great with the property manager via text message, but the day before the end of our stay it just stopped-- I had a couple of questions and sent out a few text messages and as my headline says, I'm still waiting to hear back from him/her (a month later). The home is in a quiet neighborhood. It's a decent place, but really wish we would have spent a little extra and booked something different. I'll continue to wait to hear back from the property manager, but I'm not holding my breath...

Great family vacation spot.

The house was amazing it was perfect for both kids and adults. We spent the days by the pool and nights playing in the game room or watching movies. It was the perfect getaway. Property managers were responsive to all inquiries. Will definitely stay here again.
