Prachtig modern landgoed (voorheen het Dreyfuss Estate) met uitzicht op de bergen, volledig gerenoveerd in 2018 met designer stamboom in Old Las Palmas in Uptown Palm Springs en op loopafstand van alles wat uptown en het centrum van Palm Springs te bieden heeft.

Gebouwd in 1942 in klassieke Beverly Hills-ranchstijl, is het huis teruggebracht naar zijn Mid-Century wortels met het huis opgewaardeerd binnen en buiten, met behoud van zijn historische stamboom. Aangepaste luxe en eigentijdse meubels vullen ook de originele architectuur aan.

HOGE WANDELBAARHEID RATEND naar alle nieuwe uptown en het nachtleven in de binnenstad, winkels, kunstgalerijen en alle gebeurtenissen in de evolutie van Palm Springs.

Wij of onze lokale agent zullen u verwelkomen, u rondleiden door het pand en u het papierwerk van de stad Palm Springs laten ondertekenen (indien niet voorafgaand aan uw verblijf ondertekend - dit is een vereiste voor de stad Palm Springs).

De agent zal ook eventuele problemen behandelen en u aan het einde van uw verblijf uitchecken.

Het huis is zeer geschikt om een chef-kok een avond thuis te laten koken voor de huisgasten, met de keuken van de chef, volledig bekleed keukengerei, dubbele ovens en dubbele afwasmachines.

Beautiful Property

Everything about this property is well-done. The house is beautifully decorated with amazing art. The outdoor space is equally beautiful with multiple seating areas and a beautiful mountain view. We've rented homes all over the world and this house had, by far, the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen. Plenty of cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. and any kitchen utensil or appliance you could want. We had a delicious dinner prepared in this amazing kitchen by Micheal Trost. We would highly recommend him to other renters. Really an exceptional property all around.

A fantastic stay in Palm Springs

The former "Dreyfuss Estate", Old Las Palmas

We love this house so much that we plan to return again and again. It is perfect for our family of 9. Clean, well stocked, organized, beautiful house, pool, hot tub, yard. Plenty of seating areas indoor and out provide plenty of spaces tp spread out. Working with Rudy and Geno was easy and smooth. Both were very helpful. We love the decor and all the little extra touches this property has. The location is fabulous, walking distance to restaurants, shops. Highly recommend this gem!!!

Great Getaway!

The house is spacious, beautiful, and well equipped. Everything was clean and easy to use/access. My partner and I stayed for two weeks with a few other couples, and we had a great time. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made for plenty of privacy and personal space when needed, and the large common spaces with ample seating were great group settings. The pool is HUGE and, like everything else on the property, very well maintained. The owner of the property was quick to respond to texts, was always professional and kind, and provided outstanding guest support during our stay. In fact, he was the best property owner I’ve ever dealt with. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing time at this lovely home in Old Las Palmas. The house was over the top, well appointed and perfect for our family's week long stay. Spring Break in Old Las Palmas

The simplest way to describe this property is Top-notch! This house isn't your standard rental house, with beat-up cheap furnishings. It is decorated with high-end simplicity in mind. From all the sofas and chairs, furniture and bed linens, to the kitchen equipment and utensils, everything was of the best quality. With that said, we had 3 younger kids (10) and we didn't feel like we couldn't let them enjoy the space. It is still very user friendly. We took care of it like we would our own home. The property itself is setup well for 2 families, with master bedrooms on either wing and every room with its own bathroom, you can't beat that setup. As nice as the inside of the house is, the outside is equally nice, and user friendly. The pool is large with an actual deep-end (10ft). The outdoor space has multiple areas to sit or lounge with plenty of seating and covered areas or umbrellas. The landscaping in the back and the front is pristine. Lastly, the location of this property is outstanding. The neighborhood it's in is very nice and super quiet. It is within walking distance to some of the downtown locations that we enjoy. Rudy was a very welcoming concierge and gave us some great local info for hikes and restaurants. He was was also quick to come by and help us out with a couple questions we had the first day we were there. We would definitely rent this home again, it's absolutely superb. A Perfect Home

This home turned out to be perfect for our family. It's clear the owners love the property and so did we. Our family vacations in Palm Springs every summer and we have stayed in a number of homes over the last ten years. This one was the best: Well maintained; well equipped; beautiful setting. Excellent Property

Excellent property. Our family of eleven enjoyed our stay and would love to come again. The property is private, yet walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops along Palm Canyon. The neighborhood is very quiet and we never heard any traffic or sirens despite being close to a medical center. Our group ranged in age from infants to elderly. Each couple had their own room and bathroom and the 4 year old slept in the den in a hide-a-bed. The infants slept with their parents in pack and plays that they brought. One bedroom off the kitchen has a queen bed which was perfect for the early risers in our family. The grassy area was great for the "just starting to crawl" infants. Because the house is in such fabulous condition, we had to be extra vigilant when the children were inside the house. The extra care, however, did not impact our good time, especially since we were mostly outside anyway. The few glitches that we had while there were dealt with promptly and did not negatively impact our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this home.

A Wonderful Home and Getaway!

This home is wonderful! It has a perfect layout for a large family gathering, with bedrooms well situated, offering plenty of privacy as well as each with its own bathroom. The interiors are BEAUTIFUL, as well as expansive, making it easy for us to spread out for daytime working, reading, etc. and then such a pleasure to gather together for evening cocktails before heading out to dinner. The kitchen is a dream, well stocked and large, and the outdoor areas (of which there are multiple) and the pool are FANTASTIC. The owners and concierge could not have been kinder. What else? Morning coffee looking at the mountains, a great neighborhood, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, I could go on and on. We look forward to our next family trip to Palm Springs and returning to this stunning home.

The landscaping, decor, and furnishings were as gorgeous as the home. The owners and concierge were so quick to respond, accommodating, and extremely helpful. The house had everything you could think of and the layout was perfect for our family. We loved all the seating and lounging options outside around the pool and hot tub and I will miss having my coffee and looking at the mountains every morning. This property is PERFECT! They have not missed any detail. The home is absolutely stunning, beautiful yard and pool! The kitchen is fully stocked and made for a master chef! The owners and kind and lovely who were beyond accommodating. This home is beyond perfect. It was so hard to leave because it was a wonderful escape.

Perfect getaway home!

This home was amazing! We stayed a week and wish we would have thought of the idea earlier to stay the whole month. Immaculate and luxurious with a fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare the best family meals in the evening. The pool and area outside was a highlight. The hot summer days were of no concern as we were able to float in the water. Perfect size for my immediate family plus our extended family (9 of us in total including our kiddos). We were able to easily work from the home as well. Great location and walking distance to shops and stores. We miss it already and will be back! Oh and the owners were great too!❤️

Stunning home, blissful stay!

This house is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen has every tool and small appliance you could need as well as plenty of dishes, actual sharp knives, and two ovens. It even has very nice reusable plastic plates and glasses for use on the expansive patio and pool deck. The living room space has plenty of seating, dining room as well. For our last night the 8 of us sat in the living room together with the fireplace on and watched the Oscars - perfect way to end the weekend. All the bedrooms feel warm and cozy with soft bedding and lots of pillows. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and access to the outside, which is nice for having a coffee in the morning while your friends are still sleeping. The other big plus is the walkability. For 8 people, it was super convenient to not have to rent a car or call an Uber every time we wanted to go out to eat, shop or grab coffee. We left one morning to walk to “get a quick coffee” and ended up shopping and going to brunch instead! More than anything though, the owner (Anthony) and the property manager (Mike), are very accommodating and super responsive. When we had questions about the house we received a text back within minutes. Also the day we arrived they let us drop our bags at the house earlier than the standard check in time so we didn’t have to drag them around town while we shopped (we all flew in around noon). And since no one was checking in on the day we left, they let us have a complimentary late check out. It saved all of us two hours of sitting at the airport - instead we sat around the large dining table and laughed about all the good memories we had created that weekend. Can’t wait to rent this house again!
