'I really liked my stay at this casita! Oscar has been an awesome host and communicated all the instructions clearly. It made my first solo travel to LA wonderful and safe. The neighborhood is very safe and I was able to walk safely to In N Out for dinner during my stay (an added bonus). The casita is small and cozy which is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple stay. I would recommend staying here again.'

'* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...
