'Os quartos tem um acabamento um pouco antigo com os equipamentos (principalmente do banheiro) ja bem desgastados, mas o hotel é bem grande e bem bonito e equipe super atenciosa. '

'The staff is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to help me. Not speaking Spanish was a little intimidating, but the staff here was bilingual and made me feel so comfortable and understood. The place is absolutely beautiful, and it was the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed on Earth, and I travel extensively. I’m so reluctant to leave. I wish I could stay here forever! Thank you for everything! ♥️'

'Everything OK but the rooms can be noisy. Even with the extra sliding door closed in the room, the sounds from the lobby can be quite intense with a lot of people that echo all the way into the room. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.'
