Right in front of the condo is Ochlocknee Bay. Mashes Sands, Alligator Point, Saint Theresa, and several other world-famous beaches are just a short drive away. Hiking and biking trails through the unique natural beauty of the river and forest are within walking distance. The marine biology lab of Florida State University is just a few blocks away.

While the white sandy beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf Coast alone are worth the trip, who wouldn’t want to try fishing and enjoy some of the best seafood in the country? Whether from the shore or on a charter boat, there are plenty of opportunities to catch and savor fresh seafood. Or take a river cruise on the Ochlocknee or Wakulla Rivers. You might even spot manatees or “Old Joe.” Tubing over the deep blue springs or water skiing with friends rounds out the experience.

In the mood for a fancy dinner? The local Angelo’s Seafood Restaurant is right next door! Just a five-minute drive away, you’ll find Trident, the newest and freshest restaurant in the area.
