Staff members were very kind and pleasant. Our room was wonderful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice and comfy. Access to washer/dryer was very handy! The view was spectacular! Having a deck from each bedroom was a nice surprise. The pool area was well arranged to accommodate the crowd. Nice access to the beach and reserved lounge chairs was a nice bonus! Negative: Elevators will break down BUT no Out of Order signs were posted on several floors. We and other quest wasted much time waiting on elevators that were not coming. When requesting a sign be put on every floor, worker stated signs were only put on floor 1 and 3????

4/10 – Slecht

Condo was clean, and AC worked great. Condo was not as big as the pictures make it look. The problem was broken elevators that were never fixed that takes forever to go up or down, beach service couldn’t even keep 4 chairs together for our family even though 4 come with the condo rental, gym was closed the entire time, people were being jerks shining lights from their balconies into other people’s rooms and on people at the beach at night (which is illegal and against condo policy), and traffic trying to get in or out of the parking garage is a nightmare.

Family time

Great stay with young adult children. Location restaurant choices and activity options were great. Only thing we did not realize is the back two bedrooms had balconies that faced the street and there is karaoke til 10pm. Again not terrible with young adults.

Where Luxury Meets Coastal Charm

Our weekend getaway at Aqua Condos in Panama City Beach, Florida, was nothing short of spectacular from the moment we arrived. The condo itself was a masterpiece of modern design and comfort. With panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, we were treated to breathtaking sunrises and sunsets right from the comfort of our living room and balcony. The interior was elegantly furnished with coastal accents that perfectly complemented the serene ambiance. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise, where every moment is a celebration of seaside living at its finest.

Aqua 8th floor is beautiful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to spend 6 weeks away from IL during winter. Actually had beautiful weather and the patio is a great protection from any windy days. Accommodations were point on with more than all the necessary kitchen supplies. No issues during my stay but knew help was available if I did. This is prime location in PCB. Highly recommend. Only wish it was open for me for next year .

A vacation to remember

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had first stayed at this unit in Aqua in October of 2021 and again this past October and everything in the apartment has been changed and upgraded. It was great the first time, but this time it’s even greater. Both times we were extremely satisfied with the location, amenities, cleanliness, view, and of course the friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this condo; we will definitely come back again and again. Thank you Melissa and the team. 🙏🏻❤️

The Best Time..!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was clean and sooo beautiful. It was a bummer that a week or so before our arrival, I was informed of the indoor pool and hot tub would be unavailable. My 16 yr old was extremely sad about this. Our broker fixed us up with another property to enjoy, but little far. But was told the outside pool would still be available and it was not, boo.But otherwise this is my 2nd time to Aqua and would recommend over and over.. Thank you for a great rental..!

Aqua Resort PCB

Aqua 801 was fantastic. The pictures of the ocean views are not photoshopped (I thought they might have been when we booked). The views really are that amazing. The condo is all updated and beautiful. The kitchen/living room/dining room is open with views of the ocean and a walk out to the balcony. The kitchen is large and has everything needed if you feel like cooking. Speaking of cooking, the pool below has two large grills for a cook-out. The bedrooms are excellent. The master is large and has room for multiple pack n plays if you have little ones. The master bath is huge, with a great walk in closet, a shower, and large tub. Plus, the master has a walk out to the balcony as well. The second bedroom also has its own shower. The third bedroom is adjacent to a large bathroom with tub. All the bedrooms have new Samsung TVs. The living room, which is spacious, has a large TV as well. There is also a washer and dryer in a side room. It is just a short elevator ride down to the pool or beach from the room. The parking garage is across the street but connected via skybridge, making it safe to cross over. The building is located very closely to shopping at Pier Park, restaurants, night life, GulfWorld, and golf. All are within a few minutes or less. Walmart and Target, as well as many restaurants, are about 30 seconds up the road from the building. This place is outstanding and we are happy we chose it!
