Reflections 805 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with the most amazing view! Reflections is located at 4100 Marriott Drive on St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach. This unit overlooks the large, resort-style swimming pool (round section is heated to a comfortable 85-degrees year-round!), beautifully manicured Nicklaus golf course, and St. Andrew's State Park. Reflections also has cabanas and BBQ grills for guest use, is home to Serenity Spa, and is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, the Bay Point Golf Course, brand new Point South Marina, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.

This lovely unit has been recently updated and offers almost 1,500 square feet of bayfront luxury living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of St. Andrew's Bay, a large Smart TV with cable, theatre surround sound and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom is also bayfront and has its own private ensuite with a king bed, large walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and another full bathroom. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs and cable as well. The unit also has a full-sized washing machine and dryer.

Fabulous View, Condo & Amenities

We loved this condo! Family of four and plenty comfortable with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds were COMFY!! Condo was well-equipped and nicely furnished with absolutely stunning views of St. Andrews. Pool was huge and well taken care of. While we were there it was never super busy and was plenty relaxing. The private beach was *chef’s kiss* and we went every day that we were there. Again, while people were there, it was never super crowded. SO much sea life right there at the beach area- our kiddos found star fish, sand dollars, pin fish, needle fish, crabs, ghost shrimp, puffer fish, flounder, clams, and endless hermit crabs. Our only true complaint was that there was a used bandaid and purple shampoo on the wall of the master shower. Everything else seemed clean but the bandaid was a major ick for us. This is obviously on the rental/cleaning company versus the actual owners of the condo. There is no on-site management, something to just be aware of. There is a number to call though.There were extra pillows but no pillow cases, again something to be aware of.

The property was just as listed in the description. It was in a perfect location, close to restaurants, stores, and only a short drive to St. Andrews State Park. The pool area was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Still away

My husband works as a millwright journeyman. Meaning he works all types of energy plant outages for the union and that keeps him away from home, and if not working sleeping. He works 7 days a week and 12 hours a day. It’s all laborious. Let that sink in. However we found the unit to be cozy, clean as depicted, and comfortable for the most part. We would stay again.

Dynamic Landscape Views

In 40+ years of visiting the gulf, this was my favorite location. The condo was beautiful, modern, and quiet, and the view was exquisite. We loved watching the boats, and we had a great view of fireworks. We’ll be back!

Would love to call this home

The condo was beautiful and meticulous. Views were unbelievable. Would recommend this unit to everyone. Very nice that it is in a quieter part of town but still close to everything.
