Townhouse is volledig gerenoveerd - Floor to Ceiling. 2 slaapkamer, 2 badkamer plus een stapelbed op maat townhome ligt direct aan het witte zand van Panama City Beach gelegen aan het aantrekkelijke West End.

Ons huis is nonchalant en comfortabel ingericht en gedecoreerd. De begane grond heeft een open plattegrond met een kustgebied uitnodigende woonkamer, eetkamer en woonkeuken. De 2e meester en de gast bad zijn ook op de begane grond. Townhome beschikt over een prachtig tong en groef grenen plafond overal met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf 2 eigen balkons. Oversized master suite met aparte zithoek met bureau en een eigen balkon is perfect voor koffie in de ochtend, lezen en genieten van het uitzicht op het water en zonsondergangen. Luxe master badkamer met dubbele wastafel en dubbele douchekoppen. Geniet van het gemak en de veiligheid van uw eigen prive-garage met eigen ingang. Keuken is ingericht met alle roestvrijstalen apparaten en kwarts aanrecht, plus alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken en te genieten van het strand inclusief servies en bestek voor 12. Flatscreen-tv's (5) in elke kamer waarvan 1 voor elk stapelbed. HDTV / Netflix in hoofdsuite en familiekamer. 75 Mbps hoog geplast draadloos internet. Was-en droogautomaat.

Het zwembad is privé voor huiseigenaren en gasten en is bereikbaar vanaf de promenade direct aan het balkon.

Om uw vakantie-ervaring te verbeteren, biedt de huiseigenaar veel strandstoelen, parasols, spellen aan het strand, speelgoed voor zand, kajaks en fietsen.

The Shores is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van voorzieningen en activiteiten. Er is een Publix supermarkt en CVS apotheek met een kwart mijl. Pier Park ligt op 5 minuten rijden naar het oosten, waar u uitstekende winkels, een grote verscheidenheid aan restaurants, nachtclubs, een 16 theater bioscoop en pretpark voor kinderen te vinden. Slechts een paar minuten rijden naar het westen is populair 30Avenue en Rosemary Beach. Hier kunt u fietsen huren om over het schilderachtige 30-A-fietspad te fietsen, te genieten van een informele lunch op het terras van Wild Olive of Georges of deelnemen aan een van de eersteklas restaurants die bekend staan ​​om hun uitstekende restaurants.

Loved Donna’s condo! It’s in a great location. directly on the beach & in a quieter section of the beach so no fighting crowds. Beautifully decorated condo with easy access to beach. Clean and comfortable furnishings. Everything we needed for kitchen, nice appliances. Upstairs tiled showers are luxurious. Nooks for kids with cozy bedding and tvs. Extra fridge and freezer in garage was great. Nice chairs and beach toys in garage so don’t worry about bringing those. Flight of stairs with rail from garage and laundry area up to main floor. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this place again.

Absolutely amazing! This place has everything! Really the only thing that you will need to stay here is a change of clothes! The grill absolutely made the trip! We grilled out scallops, shrimp, fish, steaks, chicken for lunch and dinner every day. We probably saved 1,500 or more on our trip just by cooking at the house every night vs going out to eat. And the kitchen had every utensil imaginable. The nicest place we've ever stayed in PCB, no doubt. Beds were comfortable showers were great. Just a fabulous place to call home for a week. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Is a great location if you are looking for the quiet side of PCB. Literally 10 steps away from the beach, which was awesome! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The owner provided everything needed for a great day at the beach! Just FYI....the assigned parking spots do not accommodate regular size trucks or SUV's. Garage was a very tight fit for our standard size truck.

We have been frequent vacationers to the Destin area for years and have been looking for a vacation property that will accommodate our big family and give us easy access to the beach. We have found it! Everything exceeded our expectations and we appreciate the wonderful communication with the host. The home was absolutely beautiful and the decor was lovely. Most likely beautiful while not being renovated. Started off not even being able to get in until 5:45 due to cleaning people still being there. We were woken up daily at 7:40 AM by construction and construction workers looking in the windows that proceeded to 5 PM. Zero privacy with constant drilling. Impossible to relax or for our young children to nap. We were shocked that someone would even have the audacity to rent this place out with all the dangerous construction going on that was not only on the balconies, but also in the garage where you could only access the unit. There was so much going on that they covered my car entirely with plastic tarps. We were refunded $500 out of thousands for supposed “only painting” and no balcony use. Talk about a slap in the face considering this unit should have never been rented and was unsafe. We get to take one trip a summer to the beach with our 4 kids and unfortunately this was the most disappointing place we have ever stayed in the 10 years we have been using VRBO.

Beautiful Place to Stay and Amazing Host

This property is beautiful. In addition to being mere steps away from the beach, the interior decoration is very tasteful and stylish. All of the TV's are smart TV's making it very easy to stream our favorite shows and games while away on vacation. The beach is what you expect: white sand and idyllic. The sunset views from the beach are gorgeous. The host of this property went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was optimally enjoyable. Her communication was timely and thoughtful. I plan on taking my family back to this property very soon.

Very nice property. Fully furnished kitchen. Nice bedding. The beach was the best part. The least crowded beach we’ve stayed on in years. Had to turn off the AC for maintenance one day, but Donna kept us informed and paid for a meal for us to leave and go to a cooler spot. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property

This house was one of the best places we have ever stayed on vacation. We loved the quiet beach and how we were always able to get a spot right on the water- even during the week of July 4th. The property is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need, even chairs and umbrellas. Very pleased and hope to be able to stay here again.
