Welkom bij ClaroMar, het toevluchtsoord van uw gezin vlak bij de schilderachtige Hwy 30A. ClaroMar, met de charme van Coastal Florida, ligt in een prachtige buurt, omringd door segopalmen en zeedennen. Leun achterover bij het verwarmde privézwembad (extra $ 35 per nacht voor warmte) en geniet van de rust die u hard nodig heeft!

Deze 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers is onlangs vernieuwd en biedt plaats aan maximaal 11 gasten. Bij binnenkomst wordt u begroet met een prachtige open plattegrond. Prachtige vloeren vloeien door het hele huis en zorgen voor de perfecte balans tussen schoonheid en warmte voor uw vakantie. De volledig uitgeruste keuken met een gaskookplaat, aanrecht en roestvrijstalen apparaten zijn de droom van een kok. Filmavonden en ontspannen loungen zijn een must in de grote woonkamer met een 55-inch flatscreen-tv, gezellig meubilair en een audiosysteem in het hele huis.

Het zwembad kan tegen betaling worden verwarmd.

Slechts 5 minuten wandelen brengt u naar de privéstrandtoegang aan het einde van de straat, waar u het suikerwitte zand en het smaragdgroene water van de golfkust vindt. ClaroMar ligt op minder dan 1,5 km van de omliggende gemeenschappen van Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach en Watersound en biedt u een korte wandeling, fietstocht of rit naar leuke familie-activiteiten zoals The Hub, heerlijke restaurants, aantrekkelijke boetieks en meer! Of als u liever een rustige avond thuis doorbrengt met koken, kunt u dat doen in de rustige omgeving van de omliggende dennen met voldoende zitplaatsen buiten!

We had a very rough start to our trip. We could not get in touch with the property manager to get access to the house prior to arriving at the house. Which was very stressful after driving 10 hours and not being able to have access. Finally got in touch with him after having to call VRBO. When we arrived at the house it was not cleaned from the previous renters. Turns out, we were not on the maids schedule. So I changed all the beds myself and then was told that the cleaning service would come the next morning. They didn’t show up when they were supposed to, but showed up later in the afternoon. She was at the house for 2 hours and when we came back the house was literally not cleaned at all! Still sand in the showers, dirty kitchen, and she even left the garbage bags with the other peoples garbage on the bedroom floors. I cleaned the entire house myself. Wasted two full days of our vacation cleaning up someone else’s mess. Bob, the manager was very nice and worked with us. He gave us the cleaning fee back and one night back. As far as the house itself….it is sparse and u see decorated. No space to unpack suitcases except for the large master closet that has a dresser in it. The furniture is dated and dirty and you can tell that the property allows dogs because many pieces of furniture were chewed. The location of the house is nice, a short walk to the private beach and on a private street. but it’s a long bike ride to any restaurant.

Nice open floor plan. Pool was perfect for cooling down after the beach Very quiet neighborhood. Was a 4 minute walk to beach access. Get there early to set up umbrellas/chairs. Beach was family friendly. Nice location close to rosemary and seagrove if you want to eat out. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out at the house. Great pet friendly property with fenced in back yard.

Great house....great location.....did think the home was "under furnished"....no 2nd bedside table in either of the master bedrooms...no tables/ extra space in main living area to store/drop items....limited lighting in main living area....just needs extra decorating ....very little art/ pictures...it would feel more relaxing/homey with additional decor

My compliments to our Property Manager Bob. Thank you for your quick responses when I reached out. It would be a nice touch to have access to beach chairs. Otherwise access to the beach was great. Loved the location. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. House is well stocked in the kitchen. Neighbors who live there very nice and thoughtful.

This was our second vacation in this home and it was perfect! Clean, quite street, walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants to pick from and the host was amazing. You could not ask for a better rental property or host. We will be back next year for sure!!

Another Great Vacation

We made a last minute decision to spend a week at 30a and chose this house because of the pool and access to a private beach. We used the pool everyday to relax and cool off - it’s small but perfect for a quick dip. The neighborhood was quiet and the one story house was perfect for our group of 5 and our goldendoodle.

A Gem on 30A

The home was nicely appointed for our 4 week stay in the peak of summer. The home feels spacious and the beds are comfy. Storage is plentiful; particularly, the master bedroom closet is huge! I was also pleased that the washer, dryer, and gas range were quality appliances. The location is quiet and convenient. Although the beach is not a far walk, it feels farther when it’s humid and your 6 year old is whinging. So we did end up renting a golf cart to be able to make spontaneous and quick trips to the beach. The beach is absolutely stunning, the water is generally clear and the sand always powdery. This sand is made for sand castles! We spent many days going to the beach in the morning, heading back home for lunch and pool, then returning to the beach around sunset to take in cooler temperatures and peaceful views. The owner is responsive and helpful.

Awesome house, perfect location

Very clean, very comfortable, and very easy walk to the beach! We loved our stay here. The pool was a great bonus. The kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed to cook. It was the little details, like having toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap, that really made things easy. Will be back!!
