    30A Monterey Place is een gezinsvriendelijk appartement met 3 slaapkamers en een onbelemmerd uitzicht op de prachtige Golf van Mexico. Het ligt tussen de charmante dorpjes 30A tussen Rosemary Beach en Seaside. Een privépromenade verbindt je met de glinsterende golfsurf, en het zwembad is slechts een korte wandeling de trap af of rijd de lift af. In de flat straalt de zon van Florida door de plantation shutters en wordt de hele ruimte helderder, in januari 2016 bijgewerkt. In de open woonruimte vindt u een ruime keuken met bar voor drie personen naast de eettafel voor zes personen, een familiekamer met toegang tot het balkon rondom het hoekgedeelte en de weidse uitzichten.

    Drie slaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer en een flatscreen-tv / dvd-speler, zijn voorzien van nieuwe vloerbedekking en beddengoed. Twee slaapkamers met een kingsize bed en een slaapkamer met een queensize bed worden aangevuld met een stapelbed in een hoekje. De meester onderscheidt zich door een eigen toegang tot het balkon en de design badkamer, die een recente renovatie met dubbele wastafels en kwarts aanrechtbladen, een bubbelbad en een ruime douche met inloopdouche toont. Gooi je zorgen weg en geniet van deze voorzieningen bij Monterey Place 30A terwijl je je op nieuw oplaadt en herinneringen creëert die je ondersteunen tot je volgende bezoek.

Property was nice. Easy beach access, heated pool, and the view from the balcony was exactly what we hoped for. Two beach chairs set up and available each day was convenient. Overall a great stay.

Pros - beautiful view of the ocean, easy umbrella & chair set up on beach, not a busy beach, fun sand bar for kids to skim board, perfect beach for professional family photos, condo layout & 3 bedrooms/3bath was nice, comfy beds, furniture was nice quality Cons - condo managed by property mgrs, not always responsive thru “contact host” app option, condo was dirty (floors, countertops, windows, trash laying around, hair in the shower drain, spots on fabric furniture, etc), noise from HWY 30A/pool/outdoor stairs

Perfect view. To be not picky- Furniture could use upgrading. Had issues with digital hvac unit shutting off periodically (kept temp at 71 per instructions not to turn it below 70), some dishes were dirty and a few stained towels, WiFi router had to be unplugged & replugged in several times due to WiFi going out. None of these were major issues and did not keep us from enjoying our stay. Would return. Monterey is our favorite!

Fantastic spot

This place had everything we needed for a great beach trip. Location is top notch. There are some steps to the beach, 45ish, but that’s common along that area. Pool was great, plenty of parking available. Unit was spacious with a great view. We will definitely look to return.

Nice condo, good location

Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked. The kitchen layout is tricky (can't get into some of the cabinets and drawers without the oversized fridge door being open) and very limited food storage space, but ocean and pool view were fantastic. Would like to see recycling options, but the challenge is in the community versus specific to this condo. Bike path right outside and easy bike to eateries, shopping, etc.

When we arrived the door code did not work. It was after 4:30,

Other than door code not working and my elderly husband had accident while waiting to get the door finally opened. Had to get new code. Too little too late. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Monterey again but door code needs to function 😢

Amazing Beach!!!

We have stayed at the Monterey several times and just love it there. Our only complaint with this unit was that the wicker living room furniture with plywood under the cushions was terribly old and majorly uncomfortable. The kitchen sink needs updated but worked well. The unit was clean, had everything you needed to cook, good wifi and TV in every room. We highly recommend this property and five star checked on us often to make sure all was well.

The beach was amazing

It was on my bucket list to do a bonfire on the beach and it happened it was so much fun ….wonderful experience.

Fun in the Sun

We enjoy being comfortable in Monterey B201. With 3 bathes, and 3 comfortable bedrooms, and a equipped kitchen, this unit is perfect. Balcony is a plus.

Nice place, close to beach.

Place was great, no carts for loading/unloading was difficult at best. Having to open the refrigerator to open the drawer in the kitchen was a poor design.

We had a lovely week at the beach! Our condo was clean with lots of amenities.

The property was well maintained. We watched the man clean the pool each morning from our balcony. We would return for another week in the future.

Enjoyable stay at Monterey Place on 30A.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at Monterey Place on 30A. We were in B201 which is on the second floor on the south east corner by the pool. The view from our balcony was great and overall the condo was nice but could use a few updates and improvements (such as furniture and frying pans). Besides that it was nice to go to the private beach and have our two chairs and umbrella ready for us each morning. The area where the condo is located is nice but if you plan to eat out, many of the restaurants in the area are a little overpriced. But we typically just ate out once a day and bought groceries for the rest of the time. There is a Publix nearby. We look forward to returning to the area again and would possibly stay at Monterey Place too.

Great Location, Great View

The location of the property is great, the beach was not crowded and it comes with beach chairs and umbrella that gets set up by 9am. The view from the patio is really nice. Just high enough to view the waves over the dune vegetation. There are stairs down to the beach but it is consistent with most properties in the area for stairs. The inside of the condo is nice but for a 5 star property....the living room furniture was a bit dated and used. We didnt spend much time in the condo though, so not a deal breaker. The kitchen was well stocked but we found there was no room to put items we purchased at the grocery store. So it was left on the countertop. Again, not a big deal, but it did get kind of cluttered as its a small kitchen. All the bathrooms are nice and clean. The masterbath is updated and one of the nicer rooms of the condo. The only negative we had about the condo was the lack of noise separation from the people above us. Every step they took you could hear and it was pretty annoying. We've stayed in a lot of condos and not experienced that. But the place is so well situated, I would probably overlook it to come back. Overall, it was a great experience and we had a great time.

Don’t want to tell anyone about it to make sure it’s not booked next time we want a 30A getaway. My whole family loved it, perfect location for bike rides into Aly’s & Rosemary.

Great Location!

The location of this property is outstanding. The beach is not too crowded and the walking paths were awesome. We were close to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. Parking was easy. Our beach chairs and umbrella were set up for us everyday! The only issue we had was possibly with the refrigerator. It was not cooling properly. We reported it, but never really heard back. Not an issue for us as we did not have many perishables.
