→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay.

→ PARKING - Two parking passes are included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park in the covered parking garage. Unfortunately, our unit is only allowed 2 spaces, but there is a public parking lot that charges per day if you need to bring more vehicles.

→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit—including towels and linens—the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.
