    Met "Old Florida" charme en gloednieuwe meubels is dit huis gelegen tussen Segopalmen en zee dennen. Gunstig gelegen net buiten 30A in het hart van Seacrest, Florida, in een rustige, doodlopende straat. Dit 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers onlangs gerenoveerde huis, comfortabel slaapt maximaal 6 personen. Bij binnenkomst wordt u begroet met een ongelooflijke open keuken, eet- en woonkamer. Prachtige vloeren giet het hele huis door het genereren van de perfecte balans tussen schoonheid en warmte. Volledig uitgeruste keuken met groot eiland, nieuw granieten aanrecht en nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten zijn een kookdroom. Dit huis heeft een modderkamer met een stapelbaar wascentrum, een wasbak en een staldeur om elk geluid van het wasgoed te blokkeren. Filmavonden en ontspannen loungen zijn een must in de grote woonkamer met een 65-inch flatscreen-tv, met Mediacom-kabel, Netflix-account, soundbar en gezellige sectionaal.

    Een prachtige grote suite met een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv met kabel en een bijgewerkte badkamer met inloopdouche. De tweede slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed en een flatscreen-tv om te streamen. Privacy and charm but also modern and perfect location!

Perfect for our stay! Half a block to walk to 30a and the boardwalk to the beach, but quiet and private. The landscaping was beautiful, and the layout of the property allowed us to sit outside and eat breakfast every morning in privacy even though we were so close to everything. Everything inside was clean, and well stocked (plenty of kitchen gear and dishes). Lots of space and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Place!

Great stay for families! We had 3 kids and there was plenty of room for them to play inside and out. It is an awesome location - easy walk to the beach, quick bike ride to Alys or the Hub and not too far from Rosemary! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the large dining table! Our only complaint was only having one bath towel per person - it would’ve been nice to have a few extras stocked in the cabinet. But overall, we loved the place and will be back!

Nature Beach Bugalow

We love nature and we love the beach. This was the best of both worlds. Absolutely beautiful private lot with natural settings and wildlife. Loved drinking morning coffee outside watching the birds and squirrels. Walk to the beach is short with no issues. Plus just being able to walk down the street or road is a nice option for exercise. The house is so open and easy to navigate that is makes the stay simple without having to over think anything but to just be able to sleep, shower and hang without hassle. Just need the air to go below 70!!!!! Have one request.....that a simple path be put in between the car and the sidewalk. It is a busy street and walking in the road every time you go to the car or when your packing or unpacking car can be a little daunting. Willing to stay again if the air gets fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not only is the location wonderful but the house was super cute! Just a short walk to the beach and that is what we were looking for. The street we were on was very quiet and everyone was super friendly. We did have some things that we didn’t care for though, such as, having to provide our own paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher and laundry pods. Benchmark did provide the first of all of these but we flew down there so buying those items in bulk wasn’t ideal. We had trouble with the oven not heating and contacted maintenance but it was never addressed during our stay. We do wish that beach chairs provided were in better shape and not rusted and that bikes were included in the rental for what we paid for it. Overall, I would recommend this place to family and friends but we have decided to look at other options for our next visit.

Would be nice if management co would add an open gate next to the parking for easier and direct unload to the house. The current walkway set up was difficult to move large amounts of luggage and if they can just concrete a small walkway through the front yard to connect with a one. In the gate, it would save about 100 steps round trip and since you can’t pull up near any door or entrance that would be massively helpful. Also hvac unit not big enough for home. Hubs has done HVAC and we were told that the unit freezes over at under 70 degrees. A good well sized unit won’t freeze until it’s around 60. We stayed during 80 days so it should not have been an issue, but the days were warm in the house. Decor was beautiful and furniture very comfy, bathrooms great. All great except loading/unloading and hvac. Would stay again if those things were addressed. Thanks so much!

It was clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked, the bedrooms would be great for two couples and 1 or 2 children or a family beach getaway.The beach is a short walk and not crowded.The property manager was very easy to work with,171 Seacrest exceeded our expectations. We didn’t realize we would be having to go up and down 5 flights of stairs at the beach. That information wasn’t disclosed anywhere. Thankfully we didn’t have anyone in our party that was unable to use the stairs to get to the beach access. I feel like that information should be provided prior to booking. In case someone in the party has a handicap where they are physically unable to use the stairs. Our second complaint was the oven in the house really needed a good cleaning. Otherwise everything else was great.

It is so wonderfully appointed and spacious with a massive property just minutes from the beach. Our expectations were exceeded in cleanliness and the kitchen had literally everything we could possibly need! Beds were SO comfortable and the living room was spacious and relaxing. The walk to the beach access took maybe 3-4 minutes, straight across the street, and we never had trouble finding space to set up for the we day. Supermarkets are close by and there are many restaurants within 10 min drive from the house. We had such an amazing stay in Seacrest Beach! Highly recommend this home. *note there are steep stairs (55, my 75 yr mother counted, lol) down to the beach all along this area. It was a surprise to us having never been to 30A. Guests with limited/compromised mobility will have to consider.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 171 Seacrest! House was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach. Our teenagers loved having their own space, and we loved the open kitchen where we could all hang out together. Will definitely be back!

Awesome visit!

Very fresh & clean - great open family space and short walk to private “public beach”. We usually stay closer to Alyss or Rosemary beach but the space on the shore is so limited we ventured west. Great decision! Everything was great! (One recommendation is to have a gas grill - the Charcoal Weber takes time - I left our charcoal/fluid for the next family). Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect location!

I can't recommend this place enough if you're coming to 30a. Just off the beaten path enough, but still convenient to everything. Just a short bike ride to Alys or Rosemary Beach. We loved the house and the outside area was so spacious as well. We will definitely stay again if we come back to 30a. Bring trash bags they only provide one!

Lack of Privacy but nice house and location

We are a family of four with two young kids age 2 and four. Overall the house is very nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the mansion next door really invades your privacy. Pros Close to the beach. We walked with 2 kids in a stroller with beach gear every day. Large yard with lots of shade trees but lots of pine cones in the yard and no grass. Great for hammocks. Comfortable beds Good rental value Nice fire pit area with chairs Spacious living, dining, kitchen area with room to spread out. Lots of beach chairs with a few toys and other beach items. Cons No outdoor shower which is an easy fix! The neighboring house is huge and imposing with the windows overlooking the yard. Their pool area feels like it’s a part of your yard because there is little separation and the pool filter and ac units all face your yard area and runs constantly. No covered area outside and nowhere to hang clothes to dry outside. Small bedrooms with no clothing storage except closet for hanging clothes
