Dit is de reden waarom U ZULT ZAL HOUDEN VAN deze extra grote (1017 SF) 1BR / 2BA + bunks-eenheid:

*** We zijn onze eenheid altijd aan het updaten! In maart 2017 hebben we het tapijt in de slaapkamer en de stapelbedkamer vervangen door tegelvloeren. In 2016 hebben we twee nieuwe gestoffeerde stoelen aan de familiekamer toegevoegd! We hebben ook de wasmachine en droger vervangen door nieuwe eenheden (inclusief een top-loading wasmachine!) In 2015 hebben we de vloeren in de Familiekamer en het Eetgedeelte vervangen door nieuwe keramische tegelvloeren! Bijgewerkte foto's zijn geplaatst voor dit alles! Andere updates zijn onder andere nieuwe verf, een gloednieuwe King-sized Simmons BeautyRest-matras in de slaapkamer en een nieuw dekbed, en een nieuw Mini-Stereo-systeem met Bluetooth in de Familiekamer! We hebben ook nieuwe Chaise Lounges en Bistro Chairs aan het balkon toegevoegd!

*** Perfecte locatie op de vijfde verdieping! Geweldige hoogte voor uitzicht, maar niet te hoog. Vanaf hier kunt u de golven zien breken op het zand terwijl u in de woonkamer zit of in uw bed ligt! Slechts twee verdiepingen boven de loopbrug van de parkeergarage, dus geen lange liftritten!

*** West End Unit! Het balkon heeft een goed uitzicht op het strand in beide richtingen, met name een fantastisch, onbelemmerd uitzicht op het westen voor het bekijken van de zonsondergangen en de Fishing Pier (zie de foto hieronder!) Dit is een privébalkon (zeldzaam in Aqua!) dat heeft twee ligstoelen en een bistro voor twee!

*** Gratis strandstoelen! Strandservice, inclusief twee gevoerde lounges en parasol, is gratis voor onze gasten van maart tot oktober!

*** Zeer mooi ingericht, comfortabel en smaakvol. Elke kamer is prachtig ingericht. (Bekijk de foto's!) Uw kinderen zullen dol zijn op de op maat gemaakte stapelbedden. De kooien hebben veel hoofdruimte, zodat uw kinderen comfortabel in bed kunnen zitten en tv kunnen kijken. En u zult genieten van de King-Sized Simmons BeautyRest-matras in de slaapkamer! Koningin slaper in de woonkamer biedt extra slaapruimte. Verduisteringsgordijnen van vloer tot plafond blokkeren het licht als u privacy wilt, en omvatten tie-backs wanneer u de zon wilt laten schijnen (kijk hoeveel glas naar het strand kijkt)!

*** Opgewaardeerde elektronica! Elektronica omvat een 42-inch 1080P flatscreen-tv + Blue-Ray / DVD-speler, een mini-stereo w / AM + FM + CD + USB + Bluetooth in de woonkamer, een 37-inch flatscreen-tv + dvd-speler in de slaapkamer en een 19-inch flatscreen-tv + dvd-speler in de kamer met stapelbed!

*** Alles wat je nodig hebt! Unit is voorzien van kabel-tv, wi-fi internettoegang, vaste telefoon, wasmachine / droger, volledig ingerichte keuken w / roestvrij stalen apparatuur, twee volledige badkamers, en slapen voor maximaal zes personen.

*** Het is Aqua! Aqua is de belangrijkste accommodatie op PCB's en ligt op slechts een paar blokken lopen van Pier Park! Aqua is ook gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van Frank Brown Park en andere bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Aqua heeft een eigen overdekte parkeergarage met een verhoogde overdekte loopbrug naar de accommodatie, een fitnesscentrum, een functie / filmkamer, een tropisch zwembadterras met een temperatuurgecontroleerd binnen- en buitenzwembad, een whirlpool spa-grot en een tweede ontspanningszwembad, een stoombad, DVD-filmbibliotheek, een bewaakte Kid's Club tijdens het hoogseizoen, plus nog veel meer - allemaal op een steenworp afstand van het prachtige blauwgroene water van de Golf!

It was fine for us and I would definitely recommend it to others. We enjoyed the location, visited Pier Park, Pineapple Willy’s, Triple J’s, Saltwater Grille, Pink Pelican Ice Cream and Goofy Golf.

A Wonderful Experience - As we have come to expect from Aqua

We have stayed at other reputable condos at PCB but once we found Aqua, we have not considered staying at another condo. The price, quality of the condos, amenities, and staff keep us coming back. Their staff (especially Robin in Reservations) answers any questions, helps us plan the most cost effective trip, and overall takes care of any issues we may experience. Without hesitation our family recommends Aqua to anyone wanting to vacation in PCB.

Lots of updates over the years. As for the property at aqua, although very clean, it is starting to show some wear. One of the elevators was hit and miss for the entire 2 weeks. The pool area was spotless as always but could definitely use some upgrades. The lounge chairs are in need of being replaced. The nice wood ones under the pergolas as showing their age. BBQs were very difficult to light but cleaned well every night. Staff around the property were always very polite and pleasant.

The location was perfect, being only 2 flights of stairs from the 3rd floor and the sky walk, but also doable down to the 1st floor since one set of elevators were closed for repair during part of our trip. The highlight of the stay, however, was the Owner experience. We had a death in the family that unexpectedly affected our check in date. She was generous and accommodating when we had to make changes to our stay. She went above and beyond, and her flexibility greatly reduced our stress level. I cannot thank her enough. Despite a sad beginning to the trip, things worked out beautifully, we had amazing weather and a great experience at Aqua Resort, Unit 510.

Beautiful 5th floor condo!

The pillows are typical hotel pillows so we went and bought our own; personal preference. The bunk bed bedding is different and actually much cuter in person. Good water pressure in the shower. The parking garage is convenient. After coming across the pedway to the resort, be sure to go past the elevators once you get over and turn right thru the glass doors and go down the aisle to the other set of elevators. So much faster! The free beach chairs were really nice to be included! This condo is decorated very well and the balcony is roomy. The two loungers were great to relax outside in the evenings. I would recommend this condo without hesitation.

Reviewer Comments: The resort itself is very nice, the staff is great...however, our condo wasn’t as expected...to the point I was going to request my cleaning fee refunded.....we arrived and there was food on the carper..there was stickey jelly, syrup peanut butter on the table that I had to clean. They must never clean the floors...every time we took a shower and walked from one room to another, our feet were black..totally ridiculous..reported the broken towel ring..was told they would take care of it..never showed..........not sure who is to blame, but not sure about coming back...just got back from gulf crest...night and day....perfection......so paying a cleaning fee and I basically had to clean the condo myself was ridiculous...

During our stay (Christmas) it was very quiet until the week after Christmas when the kids that were out of school came! The beaches filled up even though the temps were only near 60 degrees. The only small complaint we had was that there was no kitchen detergent for the dishes we washed by hand...only dishwasher pods. Generally, condos furnish a small container and also one pod for washing clothes. We had to buy washing machine liquid for one load of clothes we washed.The bed in the bedroom was very, very comfortable...we like a firm mattress and this was NO disappointment.This condo was close to Shuckum's Oyster Bar which was nice...just across the street.The parking garage was nice. Overall, we enjoyed this facility very much and would recommend it to others. Just bring your own liquid for washing dishes and clothes!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in room 510 for a week, the Condo was nice and clean, we had everything we needed. The only negative would be the bed frame and mattress in the master bedroom looked good but not very comfortable. The construction next door at Hyatt Place was loud and annoying while trying to relax poolside. As far as the pools are concerned, they were both small for the amount of people that stay at Aqua. The pool was also poorly maintained. There was debris in the pool and never saw anyone check the pool chemical or clean in or around the pool area. The parking was no problem and easy to get in and out onto the street. We took the stairs from the 3rd floor where you access the rooms from the parking garage or to and from the pool area often due to issues with the elevators. We saw people on several occasions waiting 10 minutes or more for an elevator. Last but not least, on Thursday around noon the entire complex was without air conditioning due to what we were told was for routine maintenance, the AC was not even operational when we left Friday afternoon, a day early. Not to mention the whole complex was without any power for a couple of hours while trying to get the AC on. To our dismay, because the air conditioning was not operational, and the power being off we showered in the dark and we left Friday. We Still don’t understand why routine maintenance was scheduled when there was a heat advisory. We were compensated for basically 1 night for the inconvenience which was nice, but the overall condominium complex was not great.Aqua is within walking distance of Pier Park and other Restaurants but overall we would not go back there. Really needs a lot of updating and maintenance to the property
