A long bridge crosses Lake Powell leading westward to Scenic 30A, the largest Coastal Dune Lake in Florida. With fewer high rise condos and mainly homes in the area, this up and coming neighborhood offers quiet beaches and a more family friendly atmosphere. Enjoy fewer crowds, but still be just minutes from all the attractions of Panama City Beach. Sugar-white sands line the gorgeous Gulf coast, and the area is known for an endless array of activities, including fishing, surfing, scuba diving, boating, and more!
