This PET FRIENDLY 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1550 sq ft condo is BEAUTIFULLY renovated with granite counters, custom cabinets, custom tile bathrooms and coastal furnishings and décor throughout! The master bedroom has a plush king size bed and it's own private patio, a full sized bathroom with custom over-sized shower, double vanities and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom features 1 queen bed and a twin size bunk for families with children! *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk.

Sit back on the leather reclining sofa and take in the view…Perfect accommodations for a large family or even multiple families sleeping up to 8 people! The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a free standing ice machine and a full size washer & dryer!

The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy:
- Pet fee is $150/per pet, per stay
- 20 pound weight limit per pet
- TWO (2) pet maximum per condo
- At check-in, guest must register each pet by completing the pet registration form and obtain a color coded PET Leash Sleeve

*All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guest must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guest that has a qualifying SERVICE animal, must request accommodations at the time of booking!
