Dit Golf front condominium is gelegen in Compass Point I, onderdeel van een prive, gated community op Watersound Beach. Met uitzicht op ongerepte witte duinen, stranden en smaragdgroene wateren, biedt deze unieke accommodatie het uitzicht, de ruimte en moderne voorzieningen om uw vakantie perfect te maken.

Het beschikt over een spectaculaire grote kamer met een bijna 270 graden uitzicht op de Golf en de stranden. Twee balkons bieden buiten dineren / zitruimte en extra uitzicht op het water en suiker witte duinen.

Moderne woonkeuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten en granieten aanrecht. Alle porselein, glaswerk, kookgerei en bestek voorzien. Een handige werkruimte met bureau grenst aan keuken en woonkamer.

Elke slaapkamer heeft uitzicht op het strand. De ruime slaapkamer met kingsize bed en inloopkast heeft een spectaculaire badkamer met extra groot bad, aparte douche en zijn / haar wastafels.

De middelste slaapkamer is perfect voor kinderen of een ander stel. Het heeft een queensize bed, dubbele kast, ligbad en een comfortabele zithoek met uitzicht op het strand.

De derde slaapkamer is geweldig voor kinderen met dubbele stapelbedden, voldoende kastruimte en een complete badkamer met bad en douche.

Alle slaapkamers hebben een flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler.

Gemakkelijke toegang tot twee zwembaden ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand. De wandeling naar het strand ligt op slechts 3 minuten. Wij leveren strandstoelen, parasols en strandlakens. Andere voorzieningen zijn de Dunesider-grill (grenzend aan het zwembad), een jachtvijver en putting green. Er is tegen een kleine vergoeding toegang tot het fitnesscentrum. Parkeergarage en lifttoegang.

Watersound Beach ligt tussen de kust en de stranden van Rosemary, handig om te winkelen, restaurants en entertainment.

Deze unit wordt verhuurd door de daadwerkelijke eigenaar. Er zijn geen vastgoedbeheerders bij betrokken.

We loved the view and accommodations, absolutely beautiful. This listing is on the third floor, so the dunes really are just that tall and magnificent. We were not sad about a rainy day because we could enjoy watching the lightning out over the dunes and ocean. Beautiful scenic drive in the neighborhood. Great having pizza within a reasonable walking distance. Picturesque.The beach equipment cage underneath the building is nice and spacious. Lots of room for your own personal equipment.Guests are NOT allowed to rent a golf cart, and it's difficult to get 60yo parents and infants out to the beach without one. It's easy to underestimate the walk from the door to the shore just from looking at a map. Be ready to walk 10 minutes to avoid stairs or to navigate 4 flights of boardwalk stairs each way.Unfortunately, the local lake overflow dumps out near the beachfront. We'd have beautiful turquoise waters in the early morning but later mornings the overflow would pour into the ocean and the currents would carry the rusty brown water. The current mostly brought the overflow down-current to our shoreline, but on the last day the current was the opposite direction and carried it away. Really just the luck of the draw unfortunately.

Excellent stay!

This was a wonderful house for my family’s beach trip. My husband and I brought our young children (ages 4 & 5) and it was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed the pool, close proximity to the beach, beautiful views, and the full kitchen. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend. Many thanks!

Fabulous property in a secluded and beautiful community. Steps from pool and boardwalk to beach. Views are incredible and finishes are top notch. Peaceful paradise

Our third year in this condo was just as relaxing as in the past. The panoramic views of the white sand dunes and the gulf are what keeps us coming back for more, as well as the nicely decorated rooms and comfortable areas. Already booked for next year!

The highlight if the property is the stunningly beautiful views of the dunes and ocean. The apartment itself is in a perfect location for views, being on the third floor and directly facing the ocean. The interior of the apartment is very attractive, wonderfully furnished and decorated, and fully accommodated for living at the beach for several days. It would be difficult to find a more enjoyable place to stay.

Family Vacation

We had a marvelous stay at Watersound. The property is lovely with easy access to the beach. The views are beautiful. The abundant supply of chairs, towels, beach toys were very appreciated. Even through Tropical Storm Helene, we had a great time introducing our four year grandkids to the wonders of beach life and all the available sand toys helped. Thank you!
