First I have to say Todd the manager was great! I can't say enough about him. I give him 5 + stars. He was very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately the property was filthy when we got there. Todd sent someone the next day to clean what we requested and brought cleaning supplies. The condo is jammed full of "clutter." There was too much unnecessary furniture and breakable "decor." We had to put a lot of things up since we had little ones. Parking was a big issue. Only 1 assigned parking spot and 3 unassigned for the complex. Since most people staying in this small complex seemed to have more than one car this was a big problem. We lucked into one of the open unassigned spots for our second car so we didn't dare move it until we checked out. We had others parking in our assigned space and had to go knocking on doors to find owners to move them so we could park. The beach was great. It was nice being on the ground floor with easy access to the beach off the back deck. It was great having a hose at the stairway to rinse off sandy feet coming back to the condo. Unfortunately we didn't explore the area much due to COVID 19 and couldn't leave as a group since we didn't want to loose the parking spot for our second car. We pretty much stayed at the condo only sending out the guys to pick up take out and to the grocery store. We really enjoyed the beach there but we will not stay here again due to the parking and the clutter in this condo. Its a shame since the beach location is so nice with no other large complexes around. If they could remedy the parking problem, get rid of all the extra unnecessary furniture, knick knacks and breakable things and have it cleaned properly, we would be back. Again, Todd the property manager was amazing but the owners definitely need to declutter, finish the painting, remove rugs, get a new vacuum that doesn't blow out sand and smell like dog, and give this place a little more attention.
