Beach Happy is een nieuw toegevoegd vakantiehuis dat wordt gebouwd door Holiday Beach Development en klaar zal zijn in juni 2020! Dit unieke droomhuis is een 8 slaapkamers, 9 badkamers en zal beschikken over een zwembad, rec kamer, aan het strand, en de keuken en woonkamer is op de bovenste verdieping!

Beach Happy vereist een verblijf van minimaal 7 nachten voor alle reserveringen.  Tijdens de onderstaande data houden wij ons aan de volgende reserveringsdata.

2020:
Zomer: 17 mei - 15 augustus 2020 (zaterdag - zaterdag)

Als je door de deur loopt, zijn al je zorgen verdwenen. Als u naar het huis loopt, komt u bij de eerste twee slaapkamers. Elk met een aansluitende badkamer. Richting het noorden van het huis, vindt u de ontspanningsruimte die leidt naar het zwembad / spa met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. 

Recht op de tweede verdieping is de master en master bad met uitzicht op de oceaan. Deze verdieping heeft ook een vide en nog een slaapkamer met een aangrenzende badkamer. De eerste set wasmachine / droger op deze verdieping.

Reis naar de derde verdieping naar de tweede meester en hoofdbad met uitzicht op de oceaan. Deze verdieping heeft nog twee slaapkamers, elk met een aangrenzende badkamer. De tweede set wasmachine / droger bevindt zich op de derde verdieping. 

De vierde verdieping heeft de unieke indeling met de grote keuken en woonkamer. Bekijk de zonsondergang op de beste locatie. Laat een gezin samenkomen, reünie, bruiloftsreceptie met de witte zandstranden en kristalhelder water op de achtergrond. Op deze verdieping bevindt zich ook de laatste slaapkamer, ook met een aansluitend bad. Beach Happy zit naast Don't Worry.

Family beach vacation

Very large group consisting of two families and a lot of kids. This place is hands down our favorite so far!! Steps from the beach and property management was so quick to respond. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We definitely will return.

Get your steps in!

The home was beautiful but I did not read the description thoroughly. The property is flipped with the Kitchen on the 4th floor. We had older adults and had to trek 59 stairs daily more than once! There was an elevator but the board went out on our 2nd day and wasn’t fixed until Thursday. Was told we could use it but it had no lights and had been disconnected from back battery. Beware if you don’t mind getting your steps in. Positive side… Beautifully decorated, kept cool and lots of hot water! Comfortable beds too! Only wish the had a fan in the Queen bunk on 2nd. Floor but not a problem.

Stay great other than arriving to unusable 4th floor as it was 99 degrees and coukd sleep there or cook supper or breakfast nrxt day . They fixed it next day mid morning. The rest was awesome!

The property was just as depicted in brochure, pool was a lifesaver in 95+ temperatures! We rented the home due to elevator and it was broken the last 3 days of our trip. My elderly mother was unable to enjoy the other floors in the house and the rest of us walk 114 stairs each trip to the kitchen. The elevator was called after several staff visits but repair scheduled after our departure. Staff did offer assistance hauling our belongs down but we declined. Housekeeping... clean fans and under sofas, need some new large saute and frying pans, consider upgrade to a double oven since there is two of everything. Overall it was a great experience. Parkings all our vehicles was challenging.

Fabulous Vacation

Cannot say enough good things about our experience. The house and furnishings are all high quality with lots of thoughtful touches. Location right on the beach is as advertised and that particular stretch of beach was not too crowded, just enough activity to provide a fun atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the private pool and the family room and balcony on the fourth floor afforded a spectacular beach view. The staff were extremely attentive and responsive to whatever minor questions we had. Everyone had a wonderful and memorable time.

Great stay! Beautiful Home!

It looks just like the pictures!!! We came down to host an event in town so did not get to spend a lot of time IN the house. However, it was really nice and spacious. It was decorated very well. A lot of attention to detail in the layout. From the electrical outlet placement in the rooms to the organization of the kitchen. The views were fantastic! My only gripe was the cleanliness. Some of the furniture, while beautiful and comfortable could use a good steam cleaning. With the natural light, you could see every stain! Some of the sheets and towels were stained as well. We bring our own when we travel so again, not a biggie for us. Although, I felt like for the amount of money we paid it should have been immaculate. The host was super engaged so I am sure if we would have said something, they would have addressed it. But again we were pretty much there to sleep until the last day. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, spacious home! Pictures do not do this place justice. Only minor problem we encountered, our kitchen sink quit draining, but staff was quick to respond and fix. Our family is already planning out trip next year!

Wonderful property for the entire family of all ages. Kitchen and dining on the fourth floor is unique...and thank goodness for the elevator towards the end of the week - whew!! Overall great place to vacation and wonderful for a family with a variety of ages!

Great property, great location. Check in/out was seamless. A couple minor annoyances with the furnishings, but nothing major at all. Highly recommend the "reverse" floor layout with the common areas and kitchen on the top floor.We would stay there again.

Turned "50" at Beach Happy

This Property was Truly Amazing. We will definitely rent again. More than enough room for all 13 adults to sleep comfortably. My husband even asked me what brand of Mattress we slept on. We rented a car and it seemed that everywhere we wanted to go was only a 5-15 minute drive. We maximized the house and had massage therapists come one day and gave massages on the 3rd floor deck. Also, hired a Chef to prepare my B-Day dinner. Everyone was pleased with their stay! :))

Annual girls trip was EPIC this year! Beach Happy is absolutely stunning and more than we expected! Any small things that needed addressing by the property manager were quickly addressed. The office staff were so sweet and helpful and seemed to go out of their way to help us with anything we might need. Myself and my girlfriends are already planning to book our 2022 trip and will be looking forward to be staying at Beach Happy again next year!!!!

Beautiful Property, Great Location

First and foremost the management company Holiday Beach Rentals was Great! They responded to all our calls and texts timely and met all our needs. The home is beautifully decorated and plenty of room for privacy. The kitchen was well equipped. The views from top floor outstanding however we all found having the kitchen on 4th floor challenging. The cleanliness of the property could have been better, it’s a large home and it has to be difficult to touch all areas in the few hours in between check out and check in, however it needs to be done, perhaps more staff needed. In addition, if more cleaning supplies left for guests more could be kept up, for example a broom provided but no dust pan so we were forced to sweep debris into corners. We will definitely use management company again. Thanks!

The beach house was amazing BUT a hot tub is vividly advertised and they do NOT tell you that it will be an extra $500 a week. It would have been really nice if the agent had mentioned this when booking or at least an email sent. False advertising! And, that is very expensive for the use of a hot tub.

Amazing House

Fantastic house with all the amenities. Great location on the beach. Awesome and accessible property manager. Not a ton within walking distance but if you're looking to beach, eat, sleep and repeat, this house has everything you need and more. Would definitely rent again.
