Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper & paper towels in your rental.
