Beach Treasure - Seacrest Beach-Best Value On 30A

Dit ongerepte, twee slaapkamers, twee-verhaal stadshuis is in perfecte staat met aantrekkelijke inrichting, tegelvloeren en verse verf. Het is slechts een steenworp afstand van de prachtige Golf stranden met een eigen toegang tot het strand. U zult het vinden van de meest betaalbare aan de schilderachtige Highway 30A. Geniet van de nabijheid van de zee en Alys Beach zonder de hoge prijs. Rustig gelegen tussen Rosemary Beach en Seagrove / Seaside. Strand Treasure is slechts tien minuten afstand van Panama City Beach en 20 minuten van Destin.

Ontspan op onze prachtige witte strand tijdens de dag of genieten van het nachtleven en de winkels worden aangeboden door Panama City Beach in de avond. Gunstig gelegen aan supermarkten (drie mijl), en uitstekende restaurants langs Highway 30A. Profiteer van rondlopen Seaside's charmante winkels, of neem een ​​fiets en fiets / wandeling langs de 17 mijl van de fietspaden van Rosemary's Beach naar Santa Rosa Beach. Golfers kunnen genieten van het hele jaar door golf in het nabijgelegen Camp Creek Golf Club (3 minuten), en de kinderen kunnen genieten van de vele water / themaparken in het nabijgelegen Panama City of Destin.

Onze 1300 vierkante voet herenhuis is een twee-verhaal met slapen beneden, wonen en eten boven met smaakvolle strand themed decor. Beide kamers hebben een eigen badkamer. De master beschikt over kabel-flatscreen-tv, queen-size bed, en de serre. De tweede slaapkamer is voorzien van twee aparte bedden en TV / DVD combinatie. Er is ook een full-sized wasmachine en droger op dezelfde verdieping.

Boven is een heerlijk lichte woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. De woonkamer heeft een queen-sized futon, 27-inch TV, DVD en videorecorder. Een dek van de woonkamer kijkt uit naar de Golf. Mooie keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben en heeft een dek uit te gaan naar de voorkant van het huis naar de zonsondergang te kijken. Een half bad is gelegen op dat niveau ook.

Alles wat je moet doen is je badpak, zijn strand handdoeken. We hebben zo veel meer te bieden, maar slechts 6.000 woorden te beschrijven. Dus waar wacht je op? Neem een ​​pauze van de stress van het leven. Wij garanderen dat als je eenmaal hebt ontdekt Beach Treasure, wil je opnieuw en opnieuw. Beach Treasure

We had such an amazing time! The house was clean and perfect! Very short walk to the private beach access. It was never crowded at the beach because of it being private. I highly recommend staying here. Very close to all of the amazing spots on 30A such as Raw and Juicy, Fonville Press, and all the shops! Every morning we walked to coffee and enjoyed the sunrise on the beach. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Quick getaway with family

Found this property for the birthday week of my daughter. Really good townhome and centrally located from amenities. The big chill is a stroll away west and Rosemary and Ally beach to the east. Quiet and enjoyable place. Private beach access included was great!

Nice family getaway

We really liked the location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the nearby areas with its own beach access that was never too busy either. The place was nice and clean and cozy for us as we spent one full day here when it was pouring rain. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s nearly impossible to get an Uber here unless to/from the airport if you plan on not renting a car, we ended up renting bikes and biking everywhere which was fun. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast which had everything we needed and ate out for the rest of the day. This is a very nice place and convenient and easy walk to the beach just be mindful of cars especially with small children as they dont always stop for you and some drive very fast when crossing the street. I again loved the location as it was very close to Aly’s beach and Rosemary with cute cafes and restaurants to check out.

Perfect for a family trip

Beach Treasure was a great place to stay for our family of 4. All the features were exactly as described and worked flawlessly (appliances, A/C, laundry, bathrooms, etc.) We enjoyed lots of bike rides up and down 30A, and appreciated the easy access to get in/out to the nearby Publix when needed. For parents of young kids, the beach access was super easy and convenient, even for our 2 and 4 year old kids. and we even found a baby gate in a closet which made the place feel perfectly safe. All the railings for both decks and the upstairs stairwell were vertical and closely spaced, so we didn't have to worry about our little climber going over or through anything- these little details count- IYKYK! And for any runners & bikers out there, there was also convenient access to Point Washington State Forest and the Panama City Beach Conservation Park without having to ride/run on any busy roads. Thanks Vicky for the easy and detailed communication throughout!

Cute Townhouse close to ocean

Very cute townhouse located directly across from ocean access. Due to the dunes, there are many stair steps to the beach, which could be difficult for older individuals. The town house was well equipped with everything, including cleaning supplies. I do recommend adding some kitchen towels for drying dishes. We did have an issue with the air conditioner the second evening making for an uncomfortable sleep, but the property manger had someone at the property the next morning and it was fixed. She followed up to make sure it was working. The location is not from from Seaside, but depending on traffic it could take us 30 minutes. There really isn’t a lot close to this location to bike to- biking to Seaside would be too long. The best restaurant we found was Fish out of water- highly recommend .

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The private beach access was super close and convenient for our family. Easy to run back to for potty breaks. Lots of towels provided and beach chairs and an umbrella -- everything we needed. We would definitely rent again!
