The fully stocked kitchen makes meals easy, whether you're preparing a family breakfast or winding down after a beach day. Guests will find cookware, dinnerware, starter spices, and helpful extras including:

Pet-Friendly & Guest Comforts
Coconut Cottage is dog friendly, making it easy to include your pup in your beach getaway. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged for the first dog. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.

- Community Pool: The pool is steps away and maintained by the community. Please note, host does not control pool maintenance. Guests must follow posted pool safety rules. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements and release host/owner/HOA from all liability.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
