  • Gelegen op de hoek van Cobia Run E. en Cast Net Ln in Seacrest Beach. 62 Cast Net Lane is een gloednieuwe build met 4 slaapkamers en 4. 5 badkamers. Gelegen in het populaire Seacrest, precies tussen Alys en Rosemary Beach. Omringd door eindeloze restaurants, winkels en entertainment allemaal op korte loopafstand van het huis, kan uw gezin altijd iets te doen vinden. Kies ervoor om 8 minuten naar het strand te lopen of spring op de gratis pendeldienst (seizoensgebonden). Het lagunebad ligt midden in het centrum van Seacrest voor gemakkelijke toegang, met een kantine om lunch of snacks te bestellen!

    Bij binnenkomst van het huis bevindt u zich in de open concept woonkamer met vloer tot plafond witte scheepsluiken en prachtige houten vloeren. De keuken biedt eersteklas roestvrijstalen apparaten, een groot middelste eiland met een gootsteen op de boerderij en prachtige werkbladen. Er is een bar zitplaatsen voor vier van het eiland en zitplaatsen voor zes rond de eettafel. Buiten is een afgeschermde veranda, buiten zitplaatsen en een ingebouwde gasgrill.
    Er is een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een complete badkamer op de eerste verdieping. De andere drie slaapkamers bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping. De ruime slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een grote eigen grote badkamer. Er is ook een eigen terras met een groot swingend dagbed dat zich naast de slaapkamer bevindt. De master badkamer heeft een grote wastafel met dubbele wastafel, een ligbad, grote inloopdouche. De derde slaapkamer heeft ook een kingsize bed met een eigen ligbad. De laatste slaapkamer heeft een set queensize / queensize stapelbedden en een full / twin stapelbed. De wasruimte bevindt zich ook op de tweede verdieping.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. The house is great. We had my wife, 2 kids, and 4 grandparents. There was plenty of room and the kitchen and grill are great if you want to stay in and cook. Great location too.

The house was great, this is our 4th year in the Seacrest Beach community, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The community pool is always good, communication with the host(s) was easy, responses in under an hour. Looking forward to next time.

We had a great time with two families of four. Plenty of space and easy to get to the beach, pool, and Restaraunts! Great hosts and super nice when we reached out for anything!

The place for a family vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Seacrest

Wonderful house and community

The house is exactly as listed, even better. The coastal style is beautifully designed. Seacrest is perfect for families. The younger teenagers had freedom to bike around, while still staying close to the house.

Great Location and Beautiful Home

Our stay at the home was perfect. The home is beyond beautiful inside (pictures don't do it justice!), and Leslie and Michael were so accommodating as hosts. The location here is perfect, within a short walk of the pool, the beach, shopping and dining. Being nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach was ideal and gave us the best of both worlds. Thank you so much for having us!

Great house!

This placed worked perfectly for us. House layout was great. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the rest of the family (4 adults, 3 kids) had another house in the neighborhood. The house had plenty of room for us all to hang out, cook, etc. All bedrooms had nice bathrooms, TV’s etc. Would definitely stay here again during next trip to Rosemary Beach.

Beautiful home. Location was perfect. Walkable to everything. Home was extremely clean. Plenty of room for 4 couples. Outside porches were a plus. Swinging bed was so comfy and fun. Owners very quick to respond to emails. Everything you want for a vacation at seaside/rosemary beach . Need to bring your own beach towels Will def go back !!!

Great family getaway

When looking for a vacation home, we had a wish list. With small children, their parents, and we as grandparents started creating our wants and needs criteria, the home at 62 Cast Net at Seacrest Beach was perfect. The home has the Floridian look and feel. Lots of space. The outdoor decks were amazing. The walk to the pool and beach were only minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family of 11.

Family Fun

We had a great time during our family vacation at Seacrest Beach. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The location was so convenient, close to shopping, food, ice cream (which we visited often.) Close tram ride to the beach and the large pool in the neighborhood. The pool far exceeded my expectations and was so fun for the kids when we didn’t want to haul to the beach. The beach got crowded really fast and not a lot of space to spread out, however our visit was in the middle of July so that makes sense. Overall this was a wonderful stay, our first time to 30A and we will definitely be back!

Almost perfect

The house, location and community were amazing. We did experience a hitch when the upstairs air conditioning stopped working, requiring several of us to sleep downstairs on the couch to remain comfortable. We did get a night fee comped so this was well appreciated. Our only other complaints were the two paper towel rolls provided as we went through these quickly, no full body mirror in the house as far as getting ready, hardly any hangers in each closet, no dresser in two rooms, and lastly, the bunk room where the kids stayed did not seem to have a smart tv (it is possible we just couldn't figure it out). These things aren't crucial to our overall love of the house but would have been nice features. House was beautiful and perfect size for our group! Great location for tram and for walking anywhere needed.

Great week spent with Family!

The house is just as listed. Close to Peddlers Pavilion, with food, snacks, shopping, entertainment. A quick bike ride or walk to the pool. Tram stops right outside your backdoor to go to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, etc. Only a few things could have made it easier on us. There’s not quite enough cubbies/drawers in a couple of rooms. Easy fix, bring some hangers along. I’m sure they’ll add dressers to the secondary upstairs rooms, soon! A few extra practical pillows/blankets would help too, but we borrowed from the bunk room. All in all, it was an amazing stay!!!

We loved staying in this adorable, spacious home in Seacrest for our first family vacation in over 3 years! Clean, in the PERFECT location in Seacrest! Our family of 5 was more than comfortable. Close to pool, tram service & all the shopping in Seacrest. We loved it & will definitely stay here again in the future!

Summer Trip

We have come to 30a for years just not this far down. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was very crowded time of year so that was a bummer. Beach and pool so packed. The beach is very small for people to sit in since some company takes up most of our designated area with chairs and umbrellas they require you to rent for $70 a day. Would recommend the house if the beach and pool are not your only reason for traveling to this area.

Perfect location

This was a perfect house for our two families! The location was perfect for the teens to ride bikes to the Seacrest and Rosemary Squares and the pool was in walking distance. The house had excellent spacing with plenty of rooms. We especially enjoyed the two covered patios for evening gatherings or morning coffee.

Great house for 10 people

This property was fully stocked and clean. We loved the screened porch and all the bathrooms. Only couple of things need attending to, but the owners were very responsive. Thank you!
