This unit features 1 Queen Bed on the lower level bedroom and two full size beds in the upstairs Loft / Bedroom. You'll love sipping your coffee on the private patio. Our community is directly across the street from the beach.

☼ Guests are required to purchase wrist bands for $20 a piece for guests 6 years if age or older and it will give you access to all of the neighborhood amenities, including 4 pools (1 heated pool seasonally), 1 hot tub, 1 kiddie pool, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, and 18 hole Putt Putt. Guests will also have to purchase a parking pass for $25 if they have a car to park

Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via card) at office. Parking passes are $25 per car parking
