Beautiful BEACHFRONT Condo! SLEEPS 10!


Welcome to our Beach Condo! Beautifully Updated with all the comforts of home. This Spacious 1450 sf condo has 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room, with door, and 3 bathrooms. This condo will sleep 10 max guests, 8 adults comfortably with 2 King suites, 1 Queen bedroom and a sofa sleeper. In addition to the bunk room with twin over full.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils you need. Including new major appliances, fridge with ice maker, crockpot, waffle iron, coffee maker, toaster and blender.
Relax comfortably on the private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean with plenty of seating for all.
Free WIFI (Complete resort internet upgraded March 2023) and cable, also DVD player and board games.
There are 2 garage parking spots included with one being reserved just for you. Unfortunately there is not an option to get more parking spaces.
(the other is first come first serve) clearance is 6’8”
We also have beach chairs and toys for your use, and don't bother packing beach towels as we provide them as well.
For the little ones, there is a high chair, booster pad and pack n play (no sheet provided) for you to use.

Shores of Panama Resort offers the largest pool in PCB with over 14000 sf lagoon style pool. Fountains, waterfall, large hot tub, and 2 tiki bars, one for food and one for refreshing drinks!! This makes a wonderful Oasis! Top notch security for your safety.
There is also an indoor pool and hot tub as well as a fitness center.
During season there is a coffee shop on site.
We are located right next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's with many other restaurants close by.
Walk to several attractions, including Wonderwall, Ripley's Believe it or not, Race City Amusement park, Coconut Creek Golf and Maze and much more.

THIS IS A NONSMOKING UNIT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE ON BALCONY! A FEE OF $250 WILL BE CHARGED IF CLEANERS FIND ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING!

CHECK IN - 4:00PM CHECK OUT - 10AM

Tips...THIS CONDO COMES WITH 8 WRISTBANDS! EVERYBODY 8 AND UP NEEDS ONE, 7 AND YOUNGER DO NOT NEED ONE. CONDO CAN SLEEP 10, however bunk beds have 120lb max weight.
RESORT FEE OF $115.00 WILL BE CHARGED when picking up wristbands.

Elevators are updated, however, just like any large resort, it will get busy and there are wait times during peak hours. For instance between check in 3-5pm and also around check out 9-11am. These are also busy beach times.
The parking garage will fill up during peak season. There are only so many guest spots, but you are guaranteed the reserve spot. Just like the elevators, it will be busy and patience is need during peak hours. Spots can accommodate large vehicles, but they will fit snug.
Please be aware of weather here in Florida, especially during hurricane season. Trip insurance is always advised as we do not offer refund after 60 days before check in.
FYI Resort will be undergoing siding repair and repainting beginning Oct 2024.
Construction will not effect amenities unless unforeseen circumstances.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Many people complain about the elevators but we had no issues. The most we waited was 10 minutes. All of the guests get it and will make room even if there isn’t any LOL. Our hosts responded quickly to any questions and made the entire check in seamless. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars isn’t anything to do with the actual condo, it’s more the resort. It is very busy. If you’re looking for more of a quiet and chill vacation, you should consider going further down the beach to the lower lagoon area. But if you’re in for a party- the Shores of Panama is where it’s at and this condo is perfect. Also- if you drive a larger vehicle like 3/4 ton truck, you may want to consider driving something smaller. We hardly drove anywhere due to the fear of hitting the top. Our truck is all stock- no modifications and it was centimeters from scraping the top.

A little piece of Paradise

The Beautiful Beachfront Condo at the Shores of Panama was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! The condo had the little touches that I have never seen in my over 40 years at staying in condominiums or renting homes in the Panama City Beach area. It was so nice that the renters were truly thought about and what would make your visit more enjoyable. The owners were wonderful to work with! I would book with This Host every time! June 6 -9 2025

Family getaway

Wonderful getaway with my family. There were things for my small grandchildren to enjoy as well as my adult children. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the whole family. We enjoyed every part of our stay. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

My family had the best time here. We felt it was big enough for 6 adults and 2 children (2.5 years and 14 months). We loved the balcony furniture and took the beach chairs and the umbrellas to the beach each day! It is also beautifully decorated and felt homey. We went during a busy week so the elevators and parking garage were the biggest challenges. However, those are out of anyone’s control. The pool area is awesome and very kid friendly when our kids needed a break from the beach. Would recommend to family and friends!

Great time except for….

Overall we had a great time. Beautiful beaches and the huge beautiful pool was great especially for children. Loved having the pool-side bar with large variety of mixed drinks. The night life around the pool and especially on the beaches creates a nonstop party atmosphere. However the check in process at 4pm dealing with so many cars getting into a packed garage 12 stories high and convoluted parking space numbering system, combined with packed elevators as everyone from the beach and pool and people checking into their rooms with carts of luggage can make that whole check in process stressful and time consuming. We actually ended up driving all the way to the 12th floor and hauling our luggage up stairs for the last 2 floors. But, Once we got to our condo, settled in and figured out to get around, we had a great time. The checkout process was much easier.

Perfect Stay/Location

We had a great time, this particular was very clean and updated. All linen and equipment was provided which was nice for us since we did not bring anything for the beach. The only thing about the actual place is the elevator issue. We have dealt with this before so we were expecting this and planned accordingly. You will have to wait for an elevator up to 30 min at times. Parking was tight but not unmanageable. Resort staff were friendly and helpful. Pool made it all worth it. Will definitely stay here again. Location is perfect for Walmart right across the street and also close to some of our favorite restaurants.

We where very pleased with the condition of this property the check-in, communication with PM and it was exceptionally clean had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Only one suggestion would prefer room darkening curtains in the two master bedrooms.

Spring Break Trip

This condo was perfect to fit our group for spring break. Plenty of supplies, space, and rooms. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Check-in and check-out process was a breeze, communication with owner was fantastic, location was perfect. Highly highly recommend for any PCB stay at Shores of Panama.

Highly recommend

The beds were comfortable, place was clean and as described. We stayed during the off season, so the outdoor pool and bar weren’t usable. We still had a great time with the indoor pool and outdoor hottub. Kids loved the volleyball nets. The only thing to note was the washing machine had a very Mildewy smell, but luckily didn’t effect the clothes/towels I washed during our stay. The pullout couch didn’t have fresh sheets and had crumbs from the last use, but we didn’t end up needing so it wasn’t a big deal. If I needed it we could’ve washed them. Beautiful views from the patio.

Most everything was great except…

The condo itself was very nice and served our family well. However The problems I see were that there are not enough parking spaces. We did not like having to park our third vehicle in a public spot, not just across the street, where it was not lit at night nor gated for security and we had to pay for an entire week..$84, because the city only rents by the hour or for the entire week. Every time we needed our car, we had to walk a long way. This was very inconvenient. So if you only have two cars it would be fine. It seems that the pool was not heated. Our kids tried to enjoy the beautiful pool, but couldn’t. They used the hot tub more, which was small and very crowded. One of the elevators was out of order our entire stay and very difficult to get anywhere since it was always full. I would like to thank the owner of this particular condo. She was very nice and always prompt in communicating when I had a question or needed anything.

Had a wonderful stay

This condo was more then expected. Clean, spacious, very well equipped, beach front, with a great pool, and amazing location. The only thing I can complain about was the elevators, they are very busy and we spent a lot of our vacation waiting on a elevator that wasn’t already full since we were in the middle of the building on the 14th floor. Overall I would not let this stop me from coming back because I am capable of taking the stairs still.

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo!

This condo was just beautiful! I remarked continuously how I thought they did such a great job maximizing the space. Our balcony was slightly on a corner, but offered a fantastic view of the entire pool as well as the ocean. The condo was VERY clean and provided everything we needed and then some! The only drawback (which was indicated in the listing for Spring Break time) were the elevators. I knew there would be a wait, but it seemed really long at times. Parking was a bit tricky with the incoming and outgoing vehicles, but we just stayed put and walked. Our host was very nice and very timely on a question that I had. Definitely recommend!!
