Areas such as kitchen, bathroom, and bed area were clean. However, the living area, window ledges, lamps, and the wall deco was dusty. My wife has allergies, which caused her to be sneezing almost all the time we were in the apartment. Some of the furniture is a bit old, but in decent shape, and everything works as intended. The building itself, the area and the amenities within the area are awesome. The primary transportation in the town are bicycles, which are available for rental right in the plaza where the building is located. However, we took our own bicycles, which allowed us to have bikes available 24/7 (and free). We biked to breakfast, lunch and to sightsee the area, to include Allys Beach. Access to the beach is just a 10-minute walk or about 3-5 minutes if you take the trolley. We preferred to walk. Highly recommend to follow the instructions on renting beach chairs ahead of time; but make sure you only reserve for the day(s) you are planning to visit the beach so you don't pay for days you will not use (75 day). Overall, the studio size is perfect for two, the price is reasonable and the location is near perfect (stores, cafes, free parking, close to the beach, access to pool, restaurants within walking distance, etc.). I would stay there again.
