The condo was very nice and decorated very well. We did have issues with a stopped-up toilet, which did not get fixed until the day before we were leaving. This caused issues and was inconvenient.

The condo was GREAT!! Anytime I messaged Mitch he responded within 30 mins. Very impressed with the communication. Very clean and a great location for Pier Park. Would stay here again.

Overall a wonderful stay. The master bath shower drain had some issues, but other than that very clean. We didn’t have the starter items promised in the listing, but we were able to purchase quickly. The property is clean and well maintained, and in an ideal location. The views are stunning. The only thing that would have made it better was a later check -out option.

We had a great time at this property. The accommodations were clean and nicely decorated as shown in the pictures. It was quiet and close to the key activities Pier Park has to offer. I would stay here again. Thanks for sharing this lovely space!

We brought our children for spring break and had a wonderful time! I wish I had read reviews a head of time better it would have saved me on packing beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and board for the kids that the condo had. Lots of games for the one rainy day we had. The kid bunk room was a hit. My one and only complaint and suggestion would be, the condo does not have a lock on the inside or a latch to flip on the door. Our 3,5, & 7 year olds slept in the kid bunk room which is closest to the door. They were also able to open the door. Each night I’d put our big wagon in front of the door but would definitely suggest an inside latch to flip so they would not be able to escape.

Very nice and clean. The towels were horrific! Had to bleach and wash twice. Other than that it was good. Not many places to layout by the pool and no jacuzzi.

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, plenty of room, and with easy access. Appreciated the beach chair and umbrella that came with the unit and the extra beach supplies in the laundry closet. Would stay again.

The condo was beautifully furnished. There was sand in the bunk beds, under the covers, but all others were clean. The location of the condo is very close to pier park, which is nice to walk over for shopping, but can get very loud at night. There were several nights we were woken up after midnight by people yelling or playing loud music. The property itself is pretty nice. All elevators worked while we were there. There are two areas to by drinks on the property, on at tower 3 and one at towers 1 & 2. They even had live music by the pool some nights. They were very strict about having passes for everyone at the pool, even though it said small children didn’t need them. Also, there are several sets of stairs leading down to the beach, which can be a pain if you have a wagon to tote your items. Finally, the parking garage is a bit tight, but there were usually plenty of spaces.

The condo was absolutely amazing with breathtaking views of beach and turquoise ocean. Perfect porch to lounge on. Didn’t need to go anywhere. Kinda loud cars/music at pier park but that’s what comes with PCB. Oh and one suggestion would be to bring a bottle opener! I could not find one in the condo. Otherwise amazing place. I definitely recommend.

Condo was very nice with beautiful views. The maneuvering from the parking deck, which was a very tight fit for larger vehicles, to the actual condo door was very disappointing. Signage for location of luggage carts, elevators and condos needs to be better.
