Maak je klaar voor een fantastische vakantie wanneer u kiest voor deze 3 slaapkamers, 3. 5 badkamers stadshuis in Seacrest Beach. Dit huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf vanuit de woonkamer en de Master Bedroom balkons. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen bad en er is een 1/2 bad op de begane grond naast de keuken. De keuken is goed uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om uw maaltijden thuis te bereiden. Of maak een ritje op een ritje met de auto of maak een fietstocht langs schilderachtige 30A om te genieten van een maaltijd of twee. 30A heeft een fietspad dat over de hele afstand van deze kustgemeenschap loopt. Er zijn 2 fietsen voor uw persoonlijk gebruik evenals tonnen strandspullen. Bovendien kunt u fietsen en strandspullen huren bij verschillende lokale bedrijven om te worden afgeleverd en klaar te maken voor uw gehele verblijf. Pak je strandtassen en maak een korte wandeling (ongeveer 50 meter) naar de toegang tot het privéstrand, waar je de dag kunt doorbrengen met paddleboarden, zoeken naar schelpen of gewoon zonnebaden. 40th Anniversary Family Trip

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed to cook our meals. We especially liked not having to cross 30A for beach access; plenty of front row seating on the beach. The inside of the home is really nice. I can't wait to see how the external area of the building/property is refreshed hence my overall 4/5 review.

Close to beach, inside nice outside needs help.

The good about this property is how close it is to the beach, that was great. Everything was clean and most everything worked. The touch faucet in the kitchen stopped working after the second day. I think it was a battery, but I didn't want to mess with it so we just used the water from the half bath that was right there. Towels were big and fluffy and lots of them. Furnishings were nice. Bikes and beach towels provided. The layout is a little strange with a bed and bath on the first floor at the back of the converted garage. Two flights up to the master bedroom is a lot for seniors, you definitely had to plan ahead to cut down on the number of trips up and down. This is a common layout though. The exterior needs help. It looks bad and is unkempt. Also the unit next door was being remodeled and a big dumpster was parked next to us and trash was always being blown everywhere. My biggest irritation is that the picture in the add is a view of the house across the street! The actual unit you are renting is one of four units in a quad. Oh yea, the ac unit is really loud and is right beside the living room and the dinette. Would I rent it again, not sure, but that short walk to the beach was really nice.

Location, location, location

My husband and I found this property for an end of summer getaway. The location was great, the private beach access means much less crowded than nearby beaches. The townhome was well equipped. It was easy to park and not far from anywhere we wanted to go. We particularly loved the walking paths and used them daily.

CJ's Family Vacation 2022

The stay my family and I had at 30ahhhhh was amazing! The location of the property is perfect; it is only a quick 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. It is also only 30 minutes from either Destin or Panama which allowed us to enjoy the rainy parts of the day! The house was fully stocked with kitchen utensils/appliances which allowed us to utilize the kitchen everyday! The house was large enough to accommodate our large party of 8 and never felt too small. In addition the house was clean; however, there were some crumbs and hair leftover in the bottom mattress of the tri-bed. After a quick laundry cycle with the in house washer/dryer everything was perfect! Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitely be back to enjoy another vacation!

Beautiful beaches, comfy beds, lovely neighborhood

We just returned from a great 6-night trip! Owners were wonderful and responsive; the townhouse is very close to one of the best beaches we can remember anywhere in the panhandle. We took our dog and had a lovely time! The location is great and the house is so comfortable - even had nice beach chairs that we used during our stay! Looking forward to returning soon!

Relaxing Family Vacay

30A has our heart and so does this little gem of a neighborhood that this townhome is listed. Great location and laid back atmosphere. Townhome had everything we needed. Brought all of our beach gear with us but definitely didn't need to as it was very well stocked. Our family was very comfortable here and the owner was very responsive and easy to rent with. Thankful for the trip and our family is already looking forward to our next trip back!

Pros: easy walk to beach, decent furnishings, beach items and 2 bikes included, nice view, close to restaurants, shops, inexpensive for the area Cons: uncomfortable balcony chairs, outdated appliances, very loud AC unit Bottom line, it's a good value. I've stayed at many price points in the area and this rental allowed us to have a good time and let the kids each bring a friend without breaking the bank. Gloria was also extremely easy to work with.
