The Celadon Beach Resort is located near Pier Park - Panama City Beach’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. Perfect for guests seeking fun just minutes from the sand. This vibrant outdoor complex features over 120 stores, from popular brands to local boutiques, plus a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and sweet shops. Families love the movie theater, amusement rides, and seasonal events, making Pier Park a must-visit spot for all ages during your beach getaway.
* Celadon Beach Resort policy is that at least one member of the party must be at least 25 years of age. No exceptions.
* Parking is available at the Celadon Beach Resort parking garage and requires a parking tag. Prior to your arrival, you will need to go to Celadon dot Parkingattendant dot com and use the passcode: 150527 to register your vehicle. The resort charges a $45 fee for a parking pass good for up to a 30-day stay.

You'll be staying in our home away from home, so please treat it with care and respect.
1) Pets are not allowed (up to $500 cleaning fee will be charged).
2) Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes of any kind is not permitted in the unit or on the balcony (up to $500 cleaning fee will be charged).
3) Children are allowed.
4) Parties or events are not allowed.
5) Throwing any item off the balcony is not permitted. The Condominium Security will immediately fine and evict the guest. This is a City ordinance.
6) The minimum age limit for renting this unit is 25.
7) There is a $45 one-time Resort Registration fee that must be completed 24 hours prior to arrival (or the Resort will charge a $10 late fee). This covers parking and issuance of the resort armband/FOB that must be worn on site to have access to the facilities. This is per booking and not per guest. No more than 6 armbands will be issued.
8) Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. This is a Resort rule.
9) Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. No exceptions. Clogs will result in the guest being charged the plumber repair cost.
10) Only food items may be put down the insinkerator (food waste disposal). The unit is checked prior to and after your stay. Any damage to the unit will result in guest being charged the cost of the plumber repair fee.
11) No indoor furniture may be moved to the balcony. A $50 fine plus cost to repair or replace the furniture will be charged.
12) No refunds or credits will be forthcoming if resort amenities are made unavailable by the resort or HOA.
13) The Resort and HOA conduct mandatory safety inspections and maintenance throughout the year. This may include balcony, fire alarm, and sprinkler system checks, along with quarterly pest control treatments. These services are scheduled during standard business hours and may require access to the unit. Guests will be notified as soon as we receive confirmation of the scheduled service date and time. We prioritize your safety and privacy and will make every effort to minimize disruption while maintaining the highest standards during your stay.
14) Please take all personal belongings with you at checkout. If any items are left behind, we’re happy to return them. Shipping is billed to the guest and includes a $35 service fee plus the actual shipping cost (a receipt will be provided).
15) The unit is videotaped with day/time stamps before and after each rental - The cost of repair of any damage or replacement of missing items will be charged at cost.
16) If any issues or safety concerns arise during stay, guests must notify owners via the platform used to make your reservation.
17) Late checkout requests: Late checkout may be available depending on our cleaning schedule. If approved, a $25 per hour late checkout fee applies for departures up to 12 PM. For requests to check-out after 12 PM, an additional half day fee applies (based on the base nightly rate).
18) Early check-in requests: Early check-in may be available depending on our cleaning schedule. Rate schedule: 10 am (additional half day fee), noon (additional quarter day fee), 2 pm ($25).
