  • Welkom bij Laguna Place. wij zijn gelegen in het hart van Laguna beach. Direct tegenover het ongerepte witte suikerzand van de golf. Laguna Place is een triplex 1 Apt. Is beschikbaar voor vakantieverhuur. Unit A is een begane grond apt. 2 slaapkamers 1 bad en is gezellig en schoon en zijn perfect voor 4 personen. Woonkamer heeft veel comfortabele stoelen. Uitgeruste keuken en wasfaciliteiten. Er is voldoende extra parkeergelegenheid voor boottrailers of wat heb je. Er is een dek aan de achterkant voor het grillen van waaruit je een geweldig uitzicht op de Golf hebt. Laguna Place heeft ook het gemak van de carrousel full-service supermarkt, drank en cadeauwinkel. 1 blok oost is onze beroemde Thomas donuts en broodjeszaak. Dus als u niet in de menigte wilt gaan voor een goede maaltijd, hoeft u dat niet te doen. Dus wanneer iedereen op je laatste zenuwen en dagdromen over een vakantie is gekomen! aan de golf, weg van de drukte, maar toch dicht bij alles wat u maar wilt kunnen doen. Ergens is dat gezellig schoon en betaalbaar. (je hebt het gevonden) nu is dat een echte vakantie! Ik wil niet al je zuurverdiende geld precies wat ik nodig heb om in de vakantiebranche te blijven. Dus Laguna Place is er voor jou en je familie en je vrienden om nog vele jaren op terug te komen (want als je blij bent, ben ik blij) We accepteren 1 huisdier van 30 pond. of minder ook (geen katten)

The cottage was in the perfect location to enjoy the beach. All the little extras like providing beach chairs, a kitchen with all the cooking needs and comfortable bedding made for a relaxing trip. The friendly host was in constant communication checking on our needs. We so enjoyed our stay!!

This place truely has everything you need from ice machines, beach chairs, umbrellas you name it. The views were better than advertised. We we're worried at first being on ground level. But NO problem. BEAUTIFUL Ocean views from the front porch and living room!!! Perfect location!!!

Great little beachfront gem!

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay! It's on the quieter side of Panama City and has a beautiful view of the ocean right across the street. Very convenient location-close to restaurants, shopping, etc.. The owner Jen could not have been kinder or more helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location!!!

This cottage is in the perfect location! You can sit on the porch and people watch and you have an excellent view of the beach. The host was very responsive and friendly! The cottage was stocked with the necessities in the kitchen. The ice machine and washing facilities out back are very handy! The bed was SO comfortable. Just walk across the street and down a little path to paradise! Loved it!!

Minor things need fixed, but lovely location and attentive host.

Check in was super easy though we were placed in one that was a different one than online. We liked the side better anyway. Location is perfect, view is awesome. It is right down the street from where I lived 13 years ago and it is the quiet end of the beach which is exactly what we wanted as I don't like people. The room was pretty clean with the exception of the floors as my feet were black within half an hour of taking my shoes off. I didn't find a mop only a Swiffer there which likely explains it as they are notorious for getting the floor wet but not really clean. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, paper towels, dishes, etc but we used our own but it is nice for people who like not having to bring everything. The appliances worked well except the stove is the very old kind with burners and drip pans rather than a flat top and the back left burner is broken down into the housing making it unusable unless you want to start a fire. The rest worked fine. The bathroom had plenty of Toilet paper, towels etc but no shampoo or conditioner. The toilet was functional but it wasn't secured to the floor so if you leaned in any direction, the toilet moved with you. The shower is a good size and was clean which we appreciate. The only issue is that there isn't much light in there so maybe a clear curtain only would work better. The beds were a good size and comfortable and clean smelling. The place is decorated in a nice beachy vibe which we loved. We were surprised and delighted that there was an outdoor shower so you can rinse the sand off instead of taking it to bed with you. There is also a washer and dryer free to use. The first 2 days we didn't have wifi and the cable was choppy. The last two the cable and wifi were both working well. Overall, even though there are some issues it was a very nice getaway for my cold birthday. The host Jen was always willing to help and work in the issues and was very reachable which we really appreciated. We will stay again.

We loved our stay at Laguna Place! We had all that we needed and more. Clean, quaint and convenient. The bed was comfy. Maggie, our rescue pup, loved people watching. So many warm,, friendly people around, including our neighbors up stairs! Thank you Jen & Jason!

Cozy cottage

Enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were very receptive to any minor problems and resolved them very quickly. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in next to mine. Great view directly across from the beach. Hope to stay upstairs next summer for an even greater view.

Amazing!

Beautiful old Florida style cottage. The owners are amazing and the location was perfect. You can feel the ocean breeze while sitting on the porch. It's only a few steps across the road from the Emerald green waters of the Gulf. There is nothing to obstruct the views of the beach from the porch. The owners were very attentive and kept in contact to ensure we were not needing anything. They are pet friendly here, but check with the host before you book. They will do thier best to accommodate you and your pets. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for use. There is a shared washer and dryer for use, as well as an ice machine. The house is clean and neat with that old Florida decor. You are only a block away from the grocery store in one direction and a donut shop in the opposite direction. All in all it is the best location possible for the price. I will definitely book through them again. It was an amazing experience.

This place is in the best location in Laguna Beach. Walking distance to Thomas Donuts and Carasal Grocery. Quick drive to Dollar General or Winn Dixie. No need to go to Walmart where the crowds are....stay in Laguna and enjoy the Million Dollar view from the front porch. This is a gem. Owner is in the process of upgrades, but I love the old cottage feel of the property. When we weren't on the beach, we were on the porch enjoying the view. Perfect size for our family of 5. Excellent communication with owner. We will definitely be returning.

A Gem

I almost hate giving this review because I want this place and Laguna to stay quiet! The place was perfect. A two minute walk to groceries and liquor one way, breakfast and ice cream the other way. The beach across the street. What more do you need?? The owners are great and the place is as advertised. A great find.

Easy Peasy

Our family of 4 stayed in the unit with bunk beds. The apartment is vintage, and we knew that when we rented it. We thought it was very cute and quaint. The location is so easy! The grocery store is an easy one block stroll which made it getting drinks and meals super easy and laid back. Also, the walkable donut shop/ ice cream shop is where we started and ended our days. Getting to the beach and back is a breeze! So, great location, cute quaint place, it’s a win. Jen was also easy to work with and very friendly! Some of the furniture needs replacing, but hey, it’s a beach place! It was a relief to not worry about the kids messing up brand new things. 😉

Great Location

Overall such a great find. directly across from beach. Kind owners. I didn’t understand how to checkout as far as what to do with linens to help the owner after we left but just totally enjoyed this place and our stay. My kids loved the beds and the beach toys and the shower right outside the unit. A stone’s throw from donuts and groceries. Has a very vintage vibe. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
