Beachside Townhouse PCB is een golffront (strand) vakantie herenhuis gelegen in Beachside Townhomes op 's werelds mooiste strand met geweldig suikerwit zandstrand, oogverblindend turquoise water en spectaculaire zonsondergangen. Geweldige locatie bij Highway 79 en Front Beach Road. Minder dan een mijl naar Pier Park. Pier Park heeft meer dan 120 winkels en restaurants voor uw winkelen, entertainment en dineren. (IMAX-theater, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House om er maar een paar te noemen.) Winn Dixie supermarkt, slijterij, CVS Apotheek is aan de overkant van de straat. Verse vismarkt, McDonalds, Pizza Hut en verschillende anderen op korte loopafstand.

We zijn minder dan 20 minuten (15 mijl) van Northwest Florida International Airport (ECP). U kunt de pier in Pier Park zien vanaf het dek aan de achterkant van het apparaat, een prachtig uitzicht, vissen en vuurwerk meerdere keren per jaar. Een deel van het gebied entertainment omvat Frank Brown Park, Aaron Basset Park, Shipwreck Island waterpark, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Geloof het of niet, Wonderworks Museum, hondenraces, parasailing, varen en vissen. "Dolphin Waves" heeft 1800 vierkante meter aan ruime woonkamer met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico.

Unit slaapt 10 in drie slaapkamers, slaapkamer 1 - 1 Queen size bed en 1 eenpersoonsbed; 2e slaapkamer - 1 kingsize bed; de 3e slaapkamer heeft 2 uitschuifbedden (4 aparte bedden);
- Woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank die 2 extra personen kan slapen. In totaal biedt de unit plaats aan 11 gasten.

Keuken is volledig uitgerust, unit heeft full size wasmachine en droger.
- Unit heeft 2 flatscreen televisies een in de 3e slaapkamer en een in de woonkamer zijn allemaal aangesloten op kabel en unit biedt internet en WiFi.

The ocean is so close and access is so easy. The pictures do not represent what is in the house, however it’s all an upgrade from what the pictures show. We had a broken shower head when we checked in, and someone showed up first thing the next day to fix it. He was very friendly and efficient. We had two issues while we were there. First, the area around the back of the house is covered in sand spurs. My Mom’s little dog was bleeding after his first trip out. The other issue is the sidewalk on the way in. It’s very narrow because the AC unit is on it and it’s raised up about 6” above the next door neighbors walkway. My 83 year old Mom stepped off, in the dark, and took a huge fall. Luckily she was not badly hurt. The patio furniture is really nice, unless you expect the table in the pics. We enjoyed the couches. The curtains between the neighbors is such a nice touch. I would definitely stay again!!

The house was nice and right on the beach. The view was incredible and the covered porch was great. Interesting was that this house was the only one we saw that had curtains for privacy on the deck. That was very important. The beach was not crowded at all. I don't know if that is because the kids are back at school or the area we are in. Either was, that was a bonus. I would definitely book again.

Excellent Location and Property!

Dolphin waves townhouse was true to advertisement, very clean, and with all accommodations for stay with family and friends. Great for children and pets. It is not near a pet friendly beach but has outdoor areas to walk and play with your animals. Absolutely gorgeous beach views from the main living area and main bedroom with direct access to the beach. Can’t beat the location. Owners were very responsive and even found parking spaces for us when we had more than two vehicles. 10/10 recommend and will be staying again.

Parking was terrible. You had to park on an encline with no room to back your vehicles up. If anyone parks at an angle you cannot move your vehicle. Ongoing road construction an issue coming in from one direction due to workers not havingnproper signage for pulling into unit. Absolutely no privacy on the back back porch/balcony area. The downstairs bedrooms had sand in the bed, so the linens were not changed in that room prior to arrival. Mold in some areas and damp odor. No potholders in kitchen area for cooking. Overall not a terrible rental for September. The convenience of walking to the beach a short distance most definitely a huge plus.

Simply Perfect

We have stayed in different properties in PCB the last six years and this year by far was one of the best. This was our first time staying on the west end so we had to adjust our annual routine as we figured out our proximity to our favorite spots and discovered new ones. Dolphin Waves is perfectly situated to get everywhere reasonably. We had plenty of room for 7 adults. The covered deck was a pleasant hangout spot all week. From it, we could be on the beach within a minute or two. Because these townhomes are connected, the beach is pretty much occupied just by those who are staying in them. While we didnt cook, the kitchen is stocked better than anywhere we have ever stayed. Communication with Kirthiga was wonderful from the day before we arrived to reminders throughout the week. It is obvious in the little details that the management team cares about the experience for their guests and we will definitely be considering staying here again next year. Thank you for sharing a little piece of heaven with us for the week.

Review of Dolphin Waves

The best thing about the property is that there is no public access around it so we had the beach to ourselves along with only the other people staying in the other condos in the unit. The beach was out the back door which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that the back porch was covered. The things that were not good: 1. Mildew and mold odor especially upstairs. There was obvious water damage in the ceiling of the living area. The lights have black around them like there has been fire damage. 2. The sofa sectional on the back porch had sand fleas pretty bad… needs to have a tall table with chairs so you can see over the deck and not something with cushions where the fleas can live. 3. The construction are condo was bad and it was hard to get in and out. 4. Only 2 parking places which was not good for us 5. The living area needs more seating…. At least a few more comfortable chairs While we did like some things about it we will not return to this condo as for the price it had too many issues and problems.
