-Please note this complex does NOT have exterior elevators. This unit is on the 3rd /top floor which is accessible by stairs ONLY. There is also a staircase in this unit leading to the upper loft that furnishes the additional queen twin beds. This unit is not suitable for those who cannot climb stairs.
-Parking-There is also parking with a car pass included in your welcome packet.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-All arrival instructions and property details are shared via a digital Welcome Guide before check-in.
-This unit is not suitable for pets.
-Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use.
