-Parking is a separate $50 for one pass and guests must register online and pay before arrival. There is an option to purchase additional passes for a fee. Register and pay at the Edgewater Registration website prior to arrival at the guard gate.
- RVs and trailers are not permitted during the high season. However, they are welcome during the low season, which spans from September 15th to May 15th.
- Please note that some amenities including but not limited to golf and fitness center are a separate charge to the community. The charge for the fitness center is $15/day or $50/week for a couple. Resort/HOA fees are subject to change.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-Before arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.
-This unit is not suitable for pets.
-Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use
-Wristbands are provided for the amenities. If lost/stolen, guest will be charged $20.00 for replacement.
