    Wil je wakker worden in het paradijs? Dit apparaat is voor jou! Dit prachtige appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers aan het strand heeft kamerhoge ramen voor een geweldig uitzicht vanaf de binnenzijde of vanaf het balkon. De master bedroom is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen badkamer met een nieuw gerenoveerd groot formaat in een betegelde douche. Waar wacht je nog op, boek deze unit nu!

    De grote slaapkamer heeft ook een kingsize bed en een apart gedeelte voor met 2 stapelbedden. De tweede slaapkamer heeft 1 koningin met een eigen toegang tot het complete bad dat ook toegang heeft vanuit de gang. Dit complete bad is ook omgebouwd met een wandeling in een oversized tegeldouche en nieuwe wastafel en ijdelheid. De keuken is ook bijgewerkt met roestvrijstalen apparaten en prachtige granieten werkbladen en is goed gevuld voor uw vakantie! Het uitzicht vanaf dit appartement op de 1e verdieping is adembenemend. U hebt ook een wasmachine / droger voor uw gemak. Er is een groot zwembad naast Leeward voor uw gebruik of u kunt de tram nemen naar het grote exotische lagunezwembad in het midden van het resort.

Property is great for families. Well laid out, comfortable and clean inside. We love Edgewater but avoid the tall towers, this is the best location in Edgewater without a doubt.

Could not have been better. Comfortable, older condo, but well cared for and the views were just fantastic. What we really loved was the convenience. Pull right up, walk up one small flight of steps, and we are on vacation. No fighting elevators or crowds. Great area. Warren Beach Rentals team was wonderful to work with. 5 Stars!

Excellent property!!

We have stayed at the same property for two years in a row. It has plenty of room and is in an excellent location. It is on the first floor and very close to the boardwalk out to the beach. It is the most enjoyable place. We have stayed and will continue to stay here each year! One of our favorite things is the openness of the living area and kitchen! It is a very clean property and we love the parking! No parking deck, no hassle!! we love this place!

Couldn’t get much better

We had a fabulous time during our week long stay here. Everything was as promised and shown in pictures. We were able to sit on our balcony each day and see dolphins in the distance. We took advantage of the beach and the pool every day. There were 6 of us staying there and we had plenty of room. I do hope to return in the future and would love to stay in this unit again.

This place is beautiful and exactly what we needed! It has plenty of room! We had 4 adult and two children under 4 and it was perfect! The living area and kitchen are wonderful! The place is super clean and located on the first floor which made it super convenient when getting everything out to the beach! We loved our stay here so much and plan to come again for sure! The stay was good, but the A/C went out two days into our 7-day stay. We had no A/C for 3 and half of the 7 days. While mgmt worked to get it fixed and the team was wonderful, sleeping in the heat for several days dampened the trip. (no discount offered)

Pros: Edgewater can't be beat. Very comfortable furniture & beds Cons: TV has wrong directions but a phone number was provided for technical assistance and after about 15 min. All was good. Kitchen is not supplied very well. Lots of empty cabinets, only two wine glasses and they didn't match, no salt/pepper or any other spices Small bath tub needs snaked, doesn't drain. Still very happy with this condo and yes we'd stay again.

The condo was very dirty. The master bathroom’s exhaust fan and light fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling. The patio chairs were rusted and dry rotted. I had to wash the blankets and sheets prior to us sleeping. There was black stuff all over them. The springs were coming through the couch mattress. Underneath the couch bed was gross, there was old food and old cloths under there. The floors were nasty. There was paint and other repair things there, which was fine but they were just scattered out through the condo. The oven and stove were nasty. The counters had stinky stuff all over them. I have been coming the PCB for 35 years and have never had to give a bad rating but this cleaning company needs to do better.

Disappointing

When first arriving I immediately noticed the front door being loose when entering the code. Upon entry I noticed the door appeared to be broken into, it was split in half and the deadbolt did not work. Once entering the condo, the floor in the hallway and kitchen are in terrible condition and even taped down in areas. The floors were not very clean. The kitchen counters and coffee table was dirty. The drawers in the bedroom dressers and bathrooms were dirty. The "updates" listed were from several years ago and did not include the bathroom fans, lights, ceiling, etc. Most of the features were the same from 20+ years ago. The couch and outdoor furniture were at the end of their life. After sending an email concerning the safety of the door, the reply was reassuring me it was safe (you could get in with a credit card) with no response to fixing it. After another email explaining that the deadbolt is listed as a safety feature (because it's for safety) and my concerns for my family, they offered to install a safety latch. Overall, it was very disappointing to pay for an "updated" condo to be faced with safety concerns, dirty condo (no cleaning refund offered), and not so updated space.

Thoughts about Leeward 101

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. I booked this room a couple months in advance. Had a few questions prior to our arrival date, and always got a very quick reply back from the rental company. Check in was super easy(simple instructions sent via email). This is a perfect location, especially if you don't want to fight large crowds or sit and wait for the elevators. Beach was literally right in our back yard and was only a 2 minute walk to main resort. The unit was very clean and spacious as described. Kitchen was well stocked. The only (very minor) downside was only the main T.V. in the living room worked. The T.Vs in the bedroom could only be mirrored through your phone and could never figure out how to get them to work. Also you may want to bring your own bath towels. The ones provided were very old and thin. Overall our trip was fantastic from start to finish. Had a great time here.

This was my kiddos first ever beach trip and we could not have picked a better place to stay! Extremely clean, easy check in and out process beautiful and safe property! We will definitely be returning and I highly suggest this to all especially those with children. Multiple pools and extremely quick and easy beach access from where we stayed in the Leeward tower!!!

Nothing short of wonderful!

We rented this condo for a girls trip which included 3 adults, 3 teens, and 2 young kids. The condo has comfortable beds, plenty of space, close parking, beach isn’t crowded, and it takes only a second to get to the beach from the room. We never felt like we were on top of one another and there’s no need in hurrying out to the beach early in the morning to set your stuff up to get a decent spot. I appreciated the gated parking and the property manager is great to work with! Plus we got to skip the check-in office when we got there! We had instructions emailed and were able to go straight to the condo once we arrived! I don’t have enough good things to say.
