• Gulf Highlands Beach Resort (GHBR) is a secure gated, monitored family community
• Only a short 3min walk to easy beach access and our beachside ClubHouse with owner/renter only ocean view swimming pool, restrooms, & private beach access with rinse off areas. Grab some delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner or cocktails at the restaurant while visiting the beach. Excellent sunsets!
• Ideal close to beach, front property location within the GHBR resort, directly across from fitness center, pickleball courts and swimming pool. Use our easy roll wagon for beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. We have these located in the laundry room for your use.

Our townhouse is pet friendly, with required fee and reserved in advance. Gulf Highlands Resort is just right for your vacation get away. Something that might catch your eye is the 11 pools, 5 which are heated, that are perfect for tanning or for cooling down after a long beach day. Other fun activities provided here include the 2 tennis courts, 3 shuffleboard courts, miniature putt putt golf (clubs & balls located in our laundry room), pickleball court, 2 playgrounds and a fitness center. All of these are open to the community and evenly spaced so there is something for everyone. Walking or taking your golfcart are the most used modes of transportation here because of how close everything is and accessibility. There is golfcart parking in front of the beach exit for easy accessibility The clubhouse pool is one of the 11 pools and note that this pool is beachfront, with amazing sunsets & sunrises. The restaurant in the clubhouse has Karaoke on Fridays, along with live music on certain dates, being such a fun way to spend your night only a few minutes walk from the townhouse. Located at the entrance of the resort, main gate, is a vendor who rents golfcarts and bikes for a reasonable daily rate. Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is the calm, relaxing paradise in the middle of all the excitement of Panama City Beach.

• Limited Parking - there are two designated parking spaces in front of our Beach townhouse. Located at the main gate entrance of the resort, a local company, Bike the Beach Gulf Highlands, offers rental Beach crusier bikes and a four-person golf cart can be rented for use within GHBR. This is the only company allowed for rentals within GHBR. If you wish to rent a golf cart, it must be parked in one of the parking spaces, either directly in front of the townhouse or in a general golf cart space.
• No boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles allowed.
• Check in at 4pm, check out by 10am. Unapproved late checkouts will incur additional fees.
• Gulf Highlands Beach Resort rules apply & can be found on their website. Also posted in townhouse.
• Quiet hours are 11pm - 7am.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No parties or events.
• Registered guests only. No unauthorized or non-registered pets.
• For your safety and ours there are exterior security cameras with motion activated recording. No covering, altering, disabling, or tampering with the security cameras.
• No subletting, renter must meet listed required years of age and must be present during the entire stay. No unregistered, overnight guests.
• Cleaning fee covers regular departure clean; any excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee.
• Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by the guest.
• We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.
• Consider purchasing travel insurance for unexpected last-minute emergencies or weather events preventing you from traveling.
