Inside on the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and the spacious living area with views of the sugar white sands and PCB's famous emerald green waters. The living room sofa also pulls out into a Queen bed. Step onto your townhome's large private deck complete with charcoal grill and dine while watching the sunset. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower located on the lower level. For your convenience there is also a washing machine and dryer located downstairs. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with King beds and a twin pull out sofa. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television and ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also offers access to a private second floor balcony overlooking the beach. TVs are setup for streaming services, cable is not included. This unit comfortably sleeps 10. This 3bed/3bath 2 story beachfront townhome is located at 7821 Surf Drive on the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to Liza's Kitchen, Finn's Island Style Grub, Mr. Surf's, & Pho Express Noodles, and just a short drive to Ripley's Believe it or Not, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Wonderworks, Race City, pontoon rentals & more! However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Please note, there is an exterior security camera/doorbell on site. - There are 2 deep parking spots in front of the townhome. Depending on vehicle length, you could park an additional car behind them. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
