Luxe 1100 m² stadshuis gelegen in Portside Resort, een tropisch aangelegd paradijs van 16 hectare. Dit prachtige stadshuis biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot zwembaden, tennisbanen, nieuw gerenoveerd fitnesscentrum en het beste van al het mooie witte zandstrand. Geniet van de prachtige zonsondergangen en maak lange wandelingen op het rustige strand. Omdat je aan de westkant van Panama City Beach bent, heb je de beste locatie dicht bij Pier Park en vele populaire restaurants en activiteiten te zijn.

Dit resort beschikt over 3 zwembaden, waarvan er één in het laagseizoen wordt verwarmd. De andere 2 zwembaden liggen op een zeer korte loopafstand aan de voorzijde van het resort en hebben watervallen en hutten in Polynesische stijl, een kinderzwembad, een bubbelbad, tennisbanen en shuffleboard. De zwembaden zijn omheind en privé voor gasten van het Portside resort en hebben een badhuis met douches om te zorgen voor een ontspannen sfeer. Dan aan de overkant van het resort zijn de witte zandstranden en het smaragdgroene heldere water van de Golf van Mexico. Kom terug en geniet van alle gemakken van thuis in uw volledig ingerichte unit.

De schilderachtige woonkamer biedt voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen na een volledige dag aan het zwembad / strand en is voorzien van een grote tv om een wedstrijd te kijken of een film op te krullen. De eetkamer met een tafel voor vier stelt gezinnen in staat om samen te zitten terwijl ze uitkijken op de keuken. De full-service keuken is uitgerust met alle behoeften van een persoon, waaronder een magnetron, kookplaat, kookplaat, koffiezetapparaat, vaatwasser en koelkast. De unit wordt ook geleverd met een volle wasmachine en droger, perfect voor natte handdoeken en badpakken om kleding een hele week op het strand fris te houden. De eerste verdieping heeft een half bad.

De trap op is er een ruime slaapkamer met een eigen bad en een groot balkon, perfect om te ontspannen. Een andere kamer met twee aparte bedden is perfect voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen. De tweede verdieping bevat ook een extra ligbad. Het pand slaapt 4 volwassenen comfortabel in bedden; 6 mensen konden echter passen als kinderen op banken sliepen.

Bij aankomst is een parkeerkaart van $ 10 vereist.

We liked having 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The kitchen had an ice maker and a dishwasher. Having a washer and dryer is a must! Outside we had a small grill, and plenty of pool toys and chairs. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Easy access to the ocean and could walk or take the bus to downtown. Only complaint was the carpet, which is getting replaced.

Worth the Price but a Little Outdated

My partner and I stayed for four days in July and the price was great for the two of us. I've stayed at Portside Resort last year but it was a different unit so I kind of had something to compare it to. It's a great size for a few people but the unit was a bit outdated. It felt a little bit like staying at a grandparent's apartment. The carpet and decor were outdated, carpet definitely needs a deep clean. The kitchen light did not work so we had to cook in the dark... The light switches at the bottom of the stairs are weird and there is a note to turn the ones upstairs on to get the downstairs ones to work, but we had problems with it. We only used the master bedroom upstairs, the bed was comfy but the fan was not strong enough and we got hot. There were like seven different remote controls on the dresser upstairs so that was odd. Also, both the lamps on the dresser were unplugged? So we had to pull it all out and figure it out. The fridge/freezer were nice and cold and worked great. However, the kitchenware in the drawers were dirty and either not rinsed off properly or have been sitting there so long they have a waxy dust on them. This unit has so much potential if it was deep cleaned and given hardwood and new decor! We checked in on a sunday and the office is closed on Sunday, so you can buy a parking pass on the Honk app but you won't be able to get a physical parking pass for your window or get any pool bands. The emergency number on the office did not work either.

We couldn’t check in until after 4 which was conveniently what time the office closed. We had to use an app to register our vehicle we paid another $50 to park & for pool braclets that we never received bc no one was in office the entire week. We were suppose to receive an email w checkin info, but due to WiFi issues we didn’t receive it. We had no idea which condo we had rented. We got a phone number off one of the units, not realizing they all had different owners. I called an owner of another unit. She had no reservations for us & told us there were different owners & to call Vrbo. We reached out to Vrbo then owner Allee. Both were extremely nice & helpful. We were in our condo within a few minutes. It’s was nice. Somewhat smaller than we expected. I did like that we had a visitor parking spot. The two pools were nice & not too bad crowded. We had trouble getting in, u have to really jerk on the door, the maintenance guy helped us bc again no one in office all week. The ac in the unit was freezing cold downstairs, but hot upstairs. The unit was fully stocked w everything we needed. The walk to the ocean was about a quarter mile. The condos were on the west side of PCB & since we are no expert on the city we didn’t realize how far down we were. This we didn’t like bc it was so far from some of our fave places such as Pineaple Willie’s. It’s not too far from pier park. Overall it was ok, but future we will try to get closer to east end. We still enjoyed our stay.

Family beach weekend

The townhouse is located in quiet Portside. Easy walk to the closest beach access. Plenty of pools if you don’t want to go the beach. The unit was well stocked with cooking items. We were provided with kitchen cleaning products so we didn’t have to purchase any. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. We did have issues with the downstairs tv remotes, living room ceiling fan and front light not working. We also noticed a lot of gnats in the kitchen. We did reach out to the property owners about the remotes and they did respond that they would have someone out to deal with it. No one came. If these issues are addressed, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Relaxing girls weekend

This property was an excellent getaway for a girls weekend. We were close to the beach and two pools at the property gave us many options to relax and soak up the sun. Great restaurants close by! Communication with parking and the overall property was a small hiccup but the communication with the renters was fantastic!

Affordable beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was great at responding and even had a closet of beach things we could use so we were able to build sandcastles! The condo is in the back area of the resort, but as another reviewer suggested, we drove our car to the front and parked in the visitor spaces for a SHORT walk to the beach (right across the street is public beach access!). There was a $20 parking pass fee per car for the visit and they are cash or check only, but all the workers at the resort were VERY kind.

W4 Zivic stay

We had a great time in PCB. The accommodations were good and the location was what we expected. We used the front pool and that was a nice afternoon. I would however take a good look at what is going on under the kitchen sink. The wood under there is moldy or something and it emits a foul odor. Needs repaired and replaced. The rest of the place was fine for the price. Thank you!

Great location and amenities. The only complaint I have is the floor could stand to be steam cleaned. We didn’t walk barefoot and went to store after the first night there to buy house slippers to walk around in while inside. Otherwise, everything was perfect and as described.

Beautiful place for a getaway!

The condo was beautiful! Spacious, clean, homey, and exactly what we needed. Its in a lovely quiet neighborhood that's just a short walk to the beach. There's delicious resturants and grocery stores very close by, and the section of beach the condo is across from had much less people than other areas. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

Short walk to the beach & lots of other things right around close by you can walk to & check out as well 😁. Absolutely loved it definitely will be back for sure. Amazing people all around so thankful for that! Very well taken care of clean no complaints at all.

Don’t try checking in on weekends

We arrived on Sunday, the office isn’t open on Sunday. You can’t access the amenities unless you have pool codes or any codes of that matter. You can’t get a parking pass so you stand the chance of being towed. Why have check in on a day the office isn’t open even an option. I don’t feel the place was ready for rent because one of the beds the legs on the bottom was either broke or missing which caused the bed to slant downward. The mastered bed head board was just there not attached so when you got in bed it knocked back and forth on the wall, you get out of bed or roll over it knocked back and forth. The vertical blinds in EVERY room was missing A LOT of slats. There were slats under the sofa, In every closet, under bed and behind dresser. The dresser in master bedroom was broken across the bottom and was unavoidable. Behind master bed whereThe head board was placed (not securely stable) was trash and debris. We got there to find a stack of paper plates in the sink and dish detergent in shower. (Still unsure why this was there) I’ve never used this site until this trip & I won’t use it again or recommend it. I tried calling Vrbo withA question regarding my reservations and the gentleman I spoke with had to be raging from a script because he wasnt answering my question but was repeatedly telling me how to register. (Yes, I had previously registered & repeated this to him) but his answer never changed. I tried calling back the number and it was a voice mail that was not Vrbo!! Never again!
