    Dit ruime appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers wacht vol spanning op uw komst! Perfect gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van het zand met een majestueus uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf de 14e verdieping.

    Emerald Isle ligt aan de westkant van het strand van Panama City, op slechts enkele minuten van Pier Park. King size bed in de slaapkamer. Koningin in de tweede slaapkamer. Zowel de slaapkamer als de woonkamer kijken uit op de oceaan. Volledig ingerichte keuken TV en dvd-spelers in alle kamers. Het 10 en een half voet balkon heeft een tafel met 4 stoelen. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een verwarmd binnen- en buitenzwembad met een stoombad, een buitenzwembad, een bubbelbad en een fitnessruimte met uitzicht op de oceaan. Er zijn roestvrijstalen barbecueroosters bij het zwembadpaviljoen.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This condo was amazing! Very clean, great beach decor, comfortable beds and furniture, and an awesome huge balcony with a great view of the beach and ocean. Great Place To Stay!

We stayed here during the July 4th week. Great condo and location. Watched the beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the fireworks up and down the shoreline. Condo had everything our family needed and really enjoyed the quieter West end location. We plan to return again!

October Sunsets

This is our 2nd year in row that we have stayed at this condo. We hope to go again next year. The condo is clean and updated and because it is on the far end we can watch the most beautiful sunsets and see the fireworks display at Pier Park. We like that it is mostly families and older adults so it is peaceful and quiet.

Easy access to Beautiful beach, very close to Pier Park and restaurants. Balcony at the condo is huge. A must is The old Florida Fish house. Very beautiful outdoors in evening and indoor seating. Excellent food and service. Live Music in the evening. Nice. Not blaring.

Fantastic view

I've stayed at a few condos in Panama City Beach and this is by far the best one I've stayed at. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of the beach front. Location isn't far from the touristy parts of PCB. Patio view is breath taking. We didn't take advantage of the grills in the pool/hot tub area but would the next time. Every room was spacious, the furniture very comfortable. I would highly recommend Emerald Isle to everyone. We would also stay here again.

Beautiful place!

The property is very well kept at all times! There is always parking and the elevators arent a long wait from higher floors. The condo was so beautiful and comfy.It fit all our needs and then some. The view each day was absolutely amazing from the balcony Definately one of the best condos I've been to! Helen was very responsive and helpful during the whole trip. I will definately be coming back.

Reviewer Comments: As I searched for the Welcome email in my way overcrowded I was excited to see that I had stayed at one of the other properties owned by Helen. So I knew I was in for a great stay. This unit was very nicely decorated in case you needed reminders you were at the coast, without being over the top with every coastal decoration that could be found. All the essentials were readily available and this end unit was perfect for being right next to the stairs in case of a fire alarm (which did happen but was a false alarm) and allowing you to glance at your vehicle across the street. We had one minor issue with our entry code and Helen had someone there to help us in minutes. She has a great support team onsite it seems.

Nice basic condo unit, great balcony and views

This end unit had excellent view of sunsets, so that was a plus. The curved balcony on all these units is really nice providing extra space which we needed because it rained quite a bit so we were outside on the balcony enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Refrigerator made lots of ice which we used in our small coolers. Bed in the master was fine. The only problem I had was the couch and love seat in den were really uncomfortable to sit on, and there were no pillows to use and try to make it more comfortable. The beach chair/umbrella guys were really slack and did not want to put out equipment even though other condos next door had theirs out, plus they had a bit of an attitude. Maybe its late in the season so they were not their best, I don't know. The beach and ocean were absolutely perfect - water clear, not much seaweed, etc. Elevators were quick enough, no complaints. Parking it tight not only small spaces but not enough spaces at the building so I had to park across street.

Beach Family Vaca

This is our 2nd time staying here. It’s the perfect location, very quiet and plenty of room for our family of 4. The decor is exactly as pictured in the listing. We love staying here.
