This Seacrest Beach home has many touches throughout that make it the perfect home to relax in. Thoughtfully appointed throughout you will not be disappointed!
The living area is large enough to enjoy with the whole group. It has plenty of seating and a whopping 86 inch smart TV for the “big game” or movie night. The kitchen is stocked above and beyond for any meal prep you may want to indulge in. The dining table seats six for an elegant dinner or a game of cards! The bar seats four. The gas grill and griddle is right out back on a covered porch, close to the kitchen. Also off the kitchen is the perfect bedroom for those that like to have ground floor access, close to the 3 parking spaces. This bedroom has dual purpose! It has a Queen sized Murphy bed with a memory foam mattress that folds up to create a desk that extends to a work space, just in case you need to do some remote work. There is also a printer and color copier!

Upstairs on the second floor, you will find the King master suite with a large walk-in closet and plenty of hanger space. The master bath has dual vanities and a separate shower and bath. The tub is a Jacuzzi for relaxing after a hard day of fun!
The porch overlooks the back of the property and is great for an evening cocktail.
Adjacent to the Master is the kids room that has a Twin over Twin bunk and a Full size bed. The oversized bathroom has a walk in shower for clean up after a day at the beach or pool!

The third floor suite is a comfortable spacious room with a King size poster bed and a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico waters. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower and dual vanities. The bar has a coffee machine to make your cup of Java and enjoy the sunrise on the rooftop sitting area or the view on the balcony!
In the evening, the roof top bar will be a favorite gathering place. Before stepping outside, there is a wet bar with an under counter ice machine, microwave and mini fridge. Just outside is comfortable lounging around the fire table to gather and enjoy the sounds of the beach, or the stars!

A Little R & R is very close to the edge of the community and near the beach access!

A quick 5 minute stroll from our back door is the lagoon pool. Tagged as the largest community pool in the 30A corridor.
A Little R & R is conveniently located at the edge of the community at Highway 30A providing rapid access to all of the beach life experiences.
Pack your beach towels, chairs and various sundries, walk down the back steps to Tram Stop A3 and leave your worries behind!!!
