The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Pool view and you have privacy due to hedges, but very limited beach view. Large condo with reading chairs and tv in every bedroom. Pool is very nice. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is great. Dogs can’t be around pool or beach, but it’s nice to being able to bring them along.

Condo was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned only wiped down. Coke or some other liquid all over the master door and frame (which I wiped off). Patio filthy, and pics did not look like the condo layout. Establishment itself was clean and you could tell they keep the exterior very clean

Wonderful vacation

This was our second time staying at the Grand Panama Beach Resort, and everything was fantastic. The location of the property is excellent, easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores and beach shops. Pier Park and other attractions are a short, easy drive away. We enjoyed the pool and beach at the resort. The grounds are well-maintained and clean, including the restrooms at the pool! The Tiki Hut serves good food and drinks, nice for lunch or snacks without having to drive somewhere. Our unit was perfect for our family of five adults and two dogs. It was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. I liked being on the first floor, which made it super easy to walk the dogs. The pool was right outside our patio. I have some mobility issues, so this was important to me. Even walking to the beach was easy. We rented a different unit last year (second floor, also very nice) from the same owner. Lynn is an outstanding hostess - very responsive and thoughtful. She clearly wants to make sure that her guests enjoy their vacation and is a great source for recommendations on where to dine and other information about the area. If you have any questions or concerns about the property, she is super quick to respond. Thank you, Lynn, for everything! We plan to return next year, hopefully to the same condo.

The Grand Panama is a wonderful place to stay on the beach. The condo was fantastic and convenient location. It was super clean and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Lynn is a terrific host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. She’s the best. We plan to make this a yearly vacation spot.

The location was great. The 1st floor was perfect with our pet. The owner was responsive to concerns about cleanliness. Make sure to bring toiletries with you. Shampoo and hand soap was not included.

I loved the location of it and everything was very convenient in the area. It did not say you had to pay for your parking up front. Never been in a condo where they ask you to wipe everything down and empty the trash in all rooms and start a load of clothes and tips.

Amazing family vacation

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. We’ve also rented other units from Lynn through the years. She is an awesome host!!! This unit is the perfect location for our family to enjoy the convenience of the pool and the pet walk!! It was very clean and has such a great layout for our family!! We also love being able to bring our fur baby!! We will definitely be back for many years to come!

Great location!

I loved the location of this condo, directly on the pool & the beach! It is so convenient. Check in & out was easy, I never had an issue with parking! My bed was super comfortable! My only issue was the condo didn't come with any of the things I'm used to: basic kitchen necessities (seasoning, kcups, really anything you would need) or things you'd need for an extended stay. We had to buy cleaning products, more toilet tissue & paper towels, etc. My friends stayed in the same complex & had all of these things so I can't say it's a property thing. For the amount of money we paid, we could have gotten 2 rolls of paper towels & more toilet tissue.
