This property was fantastic! Very spacious, very clean, and had everything that you could possibly ever need for a comfortable, relaxing stay at the beach. You walk out the back door and you are on the beach. You walk out the front door and there is the pool. Life couldn't get any better. The mattress was very comfortable! This is the first time that I have EVER been to the beach and actually got a good night's rest! The air conditioned was so cold. It felt great! My husband and I loved it here and will definitely be back!!

Check in was easy. Condo is well equipped. Kitchen has Keurig pot and pod unit which we were pleasantly surprised by!! Easy access to pool and beach. There was plenty of room for our family of seven adults and one toddler. Closely located near great local grocery/liqour store with great gift shop/The Carousel. And we loved the nearby Thomas Donut shop. Internet was easily accessible and a nice feature. Pleasantly decorated with a large deck and beautiful views!! Great sunsets.

The perfect location if you’re wanting to be away from the crowd but still close enough that it doesn’t take you long to get where you wanna go. The place was clean and accommodating. There is two steps from the kitchen into the living/dining area which I wish had been mentioned especially with having handicapped guests with me but we made it work. Would definitely stay again and will be hopefully coming back next year if possible!

Nice place to stay. Exactly what we needed. My only issue was the shower head in the master bath is so high up theres NO water pressure by the time it hits you, and the water never got above warm in the shower. Other than that, no complaints. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

We had a wonderful sunny week. The hurricane was coming in later that week so we left early. The house was clean, beautifully decorated. Loved the back porch. Loved the location to everything. Very close to a convient store. Swimming pool was great having also.

This house is exactly as on VRBO. Owner is very responsive. Home is clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Few steps from deck directly to beach. The house was perfect! Super clean and the location was everything. We could walk to Thomas donuts and also had a small grocery store (Carousel) and a convenient store and deli (Blu - great subs!). There's nothing quite like having your coffee on a deck overlooking the beautiful Gulf water! Most days we saw dolphins swimming and jumping out of the water and on our last day while we were paddle boarding we got so close!

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I stayed in this rental with my parents and his mother. It was perfectly laid out with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! We loved how stocked the home was with everything you’d need for your stay. I appreciated having cleaning materials available, as well as laundry. The condo was very clean and just as described. It’s located away from the hustle. Sometimes you felt like you had the beach to yourself. Carol had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas- it was great to not have to pack those things with us. Great beachfront condo

We really enjoyed how the condo is literally right on the beach! This condo is stocked so well. Carol addressed any concerns immediately. Will definitely stay here again if back in Panama City Beach.

Relaxing beach oasis

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was a perfect fit for our large group. The location is perfect in a quiet, local residential area away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Steps from the beach with amazing views of the sunset. Perfect for families looking for a quiet vacation to recharge and enjoy the beach!

Spring Break w/ the kids.

We loved the condo and it's location. We were worried that we would be caught up in spring break parties and the like. But the location here was perfect. The beach was peaceful and never overcrowded. This was spring break with our granddaughters and our son. We enjoyed going out on a boat dolphin watching and swimming with the dolphins. The condo was very clean we enjoyed our entire stay.

Great Location and Condo

Condo location is the best. Little traffic on this part of Front Beach Road, but still convenient to Pier Park and restaurants. Quiet beach. Beautiful views from the large back deck. Carol provided detailed info and was very accommodating. Hope to stay again at Bonita Beach # 4.

Girls trip

This condo and location is Perfect. I don’t think you can find a better location. Dealing with the owner is very easy. She’s more like friend you have always known. You are steps away from the beach. Or sit on the porch and still see and hear the ocean.

We will be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach! The townhome was not the newest we have ever stayed in but it was CLEAN (super important to us as we have two 2 year olds and a 4 year old all over the floors and everywhere). The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and it was organized. The owner was great to work with. We ended up having an issue with the air the first night. I messaged the owner and she got it handled immediately. It’s a close walk to the beach and a nice pool. We plan on coming back next year!
